freecocoa: C'mon sweet don't be like that tongue

Its just what have been noticed.

Never in the history of the igbos has\can it be heard that an igbo man's wife is offered as entertainment to another man by her husband, yet such happens in certain tribe(s) that's just 1 example dear.
what you've noticed doesn't necessarily mean it's the norm

You are more likely to marry someone from your own tribe/ethnic group if these are the only people you move with. The dynamics change one the element of choice is introduced.

When can i come and pay your bride price jare.

I must to marry you by force
CultureRe: Why Do Igbo People Detest Marrying Other Tribes? by jaybee3(m): 3:08pm On Nov 28, 2013
freecocoa: Chill out boo, I just gave my answer is all, I said that because its what I've noticed, I only know so many igbo ladies married to igbo men, you know?

Its not a tribe specific qualities thing, its more like a proven thing to some extent atleast, let's just say men from other tribes are that way too but the igbos are more like that.
A proven thing? How is it scientifically proven hun?

Please point me to any research paper that substantiates this claim cocoa

I personally don't think any sane man would decide against marrying someone because of their tribe.
CultureRe: Why Do Igbo People Detest Marrying Other Tribes? by jaybee3(m): 2:46pm On Nov 28, 2013
freecocoa: Because we like to keep it simple and our men value\respect us undecided
So we don't value and respect you?

I could have sworn all these qualities are not tribe specific

A good man irrespective of tribe/ethnicity/religious bias should have all 'em qualities, No?

Caracta: @Jarus, pls make no open declaration. I'll send you a PM soon. There'll be a top-up before the end of the month.

Meanwhile, how do we get the non-monetary items across? Any deadline?
We have to declare each donation ma'am for transparency and accountability. Since we don't yet have an official account that can be audited, we will have to make all processes as open as possible.

what we would usually do is attach anonymous to those that wish to remain so.

Please send an email to the same addy so we can discuss how best to move the other non monetary donation forward

Thanks once again

Idowuogbo: According to vivi, she had accommodation problems. So to answer your question sir, the donations are going towards that.
She or the parents?
FamilyRe: Rest In Peace Vivianc. by jaybee3(m): 10:09am On Nov 28, 2013
What specific plans do you guys have with the impending donation?

Are you planning to just hand it over or use it instead to do something that will hopefully have a more direct impact on the obvious hole her sudden death has created?
