I get a headache anytime I'm there and really dread anytime I have to go down there. Part of my issue with New york is mostly with the attitudes of the people - rude, inconsiderate, loud, noisy etc they will knock you over and just keep walking, hawkers will practically insult you for not patronising them etc etc... not my kind of place. But you're right about all the attractions, you can't beat that at all. And also the vast array of diverse restaurants - unbeatable. But as for central park, enjoy your picnic & walk, if you can navigate thru the crowded throngs of other lovers who populate the place lol.

Stayed around time square few weeks ago and I've concluded NYC is good for only shopping. Too fast paced for my liking

My fav trip so far is the 2007 trip to sin city for a friend's bachelor's party. We lodged at a hotel on the vegas strip. As they say, everything that happens in vegas stays in vegas.

I've had numerous trips to different states in America (My fav holiday destination)
