Digriz and Sandysprax, I do know some sisters can be very irritating and disrespectful I've said it previously and I do know guys don't like this, but you as men shloud know your physical force and should know how to handle your partner

My mom used to talk when she was upset and talk, talk talk but my father has always known how to handle her, but shouting his mouth and go out, then when my mother calm down he used to come back to communicate and point out the fact that there's no need to shout and talk to much cause he would'nt exchange while she shout and believe me she improves herself ! this is what I call self control and maturity

Works most time but you gotta admit that there are some devlish women out there that will simply follow the man that's trying to avoid conflict outside to continue the charade.

Yeah you're right if the cousin is way older than you.
What you need to do in that case is do the food shopping yourself and give it to the wife if and when you arrive.
You can't afford to appear as a free loader. Most Nigerians on holiday usually overstay their welcome simply because of them petty things like;
Staying at home 24/7 using up the electricity and munching up on the food left at home

The more you can avoid 'em sort of things the better

First and foremost, your thread should have been opened under the Travel section as you would have been able to get all the necessary Info you seek.

If you're going to be staying with your cousin then give him/her about £100 to stock up on food stuff so your wife can do whatsoever food you desire

Getting around for 2 weeks will be relatively cheap. Budget another £100 for you and your wife (Kids travel free on London transport)

Shopping is highly dependant on your taste.

Above all, no amount is too small/much so it's really up to you.
