tearoses:You don't even drink and i can't be held responsible for any hyperextension of your joints as a direct result of bedmatics you may indulge in after tasting the alcohol ![]() |
Gurgle:Are you on a school break? |
Johnnoah1st:Please help me tell your friend that he is nothing but a billy goat. Next time you show appreciation for her gesture then either politely reject her advance or simply accept it |

Una don oust me pata pata Thanks guys much appreciated |
keppyy:You're welcome.... I also do get bored sometimes hence why i try to find the balance by playing football where i get to interact with other people Would you shut your siblings out because they sometimes don't meet up to your expectations? You've probably learnt to accommodate their flaws and accept them for whom they are. That's the same approach you ought to employ going forward |
Simply put, it's the common sense approach to guarding against unwanted pregnancies and boys simply don't have to worry about this inherent risk |
keppyy:You always need to start from casual friendship before allowing it evolve into deep friendship if and when necessary. I'm saying this because, I genuinely feel you had make yourself appear too demanding by insisting on deep/true friendship from the onset. Expectations need to realistic and the best way to guard your heart from all possibilities is by having an open mind and accepting people for who they truly are. There is absolutely nothing strange about you as i can equally identify with some of the things that's bothering you. I'm also anti social, can't be bothered with hanging out friends and somewhat addicted to NL (mon - fri) and anything sports on TV. I learned at an early age to always love myself and find happiness within. |
milychocs:I had to beg before commenting on the thread ooo but then again i could have easily come out as a girl considering my Ma only managed to buck the trend at the 7th try. Only boy and last born. I like you too hence why ive been stalking you... Just ordinary like ooo. ![]() |
milychocs:What's a gyelwuman? I've got the D and i'm pretty sure it's way better than the one tollu described |
INTROVERT:I was just testing ![]() |
INTROVERT:What are stocks saying at the moment? How about soft commodities? |

Kimoni:I don't think you should bother with them. The role is going to be based on commission if successful and the negative reviews can't be ignored |
I actually don't see any problem with inter religious relationships so long as the two involved are ready to accommodate each other's differences. No marriage will work without employing flexibility to key issues We are all different people and we need to be able to accommodate each other's differences in order to coexist. I can't over empahisise how important this is as that's the only magic people fail to identify with |
freecocoa:You are intelligent no doubt but an underrated facet of intelligence is the ability to appreciate and embed diversity when dealing with issues Having extreme confidence is good but without humility you will struggle to coexist in any cross functional role. You have to be very careful in the real world though as team work is key as far as competency is concerned and it's one of the key skills we look for when hiring |
I hope i ain't intruding una sacred space ooooo If i am make una just tell me so i can vamoose pronto |
Still observing @freecocoa If you are dead certain of the sincerity of his love then surely the only noticeable gap in the relationship is the issue of flexibility as far as opinion and positions are concerned. These may appear trivial at the minute but they can be huge in the wider scheme of things. It appears that both of you are strong opinionated and the only way to counter two strong personality is by ensuring there is constant consistent communication between you two. You both have to keep reassuring one another about respecting each other's views and sometimes even go extra length to see the other person's point of view when taking informed decisions You both have to learn to listen and accommodate each other's differences where possible Find common ground some times and see how the relationship changes course. |

grownaira:You're welcome Sir I think the most important information that you've left out in your original post is annual sales/profit figures Those figures alongside a moderate projected growth rate will allow you calculate the worth of your company in the current state. 24M projected income seems unbelievable without enough info to back it up. You also need to consider what kind of investment are they putting in and how the investment will be structured. Are they planning to drop just cash or both cash and expertise in terms of branding, advertisement and sales? Are they planning to inject the cash in phases? Do they want to have shared responsibility in the day-to-day running of the company? These are things you need to consider before signing any agreement Good luck |

Step 1 Use the present to future value formula. Combine average annual sales profits along with average annual growth percentage and future period of growth. For example, if your small business shows a profit of $60,000 per year and has historically grown by 4 percent each year, it would be worth $62,400 in a year from now, $64,896 in two years from now, $67,491 three years from now and $70,191 in four years from now. Step 2 Calculate your small business' liquidation value. Add all assets, accounts receivable, fixtures, inventory, equipment and subtract business loans, accounts payable, equipment loans and lines of credit. This method allows you to estimate the liquidation value of your small business but does not predict future value. Step 3 Find market comparables. This method is not unlike estimating the value of a house. Using your local newspaper and industry trade publications, find like businesses that are for sale or have just sold within the last three months. The comparables should have the same annual volume, number of employees, market share, assets, equipment, and debts and liabilities, such as loans. Contact a local business broker to assist you in finding comparable businesses. Step 4 Use the rule of thumb valuation method. Take your small business’ yearly positive cash flow and multiply it by four. For example, if your small business generates a positive cash flow of $60,000 per year, it would have a value of $240,000 by using the rule of thumb formula. It is important to note the rule of thumb method is not comprehensive but provides the quickest result because it does not include your small business' market share, assets, liabilities and predictable sales--which are sales generated on a regular basis through the year. http://smallbusiness.chron.com/estimate-value-small-business-4124.html CC: sagamite |
ojdollars:N1.4M <> $60K N1.4M = $6k (approximate gross) N1.4M is still a lot of money for the legislooters considering how they aren't actually good value for money |
The SE governors really need to do a lot of soul searching. They need to brainstorm in order to ascertain what exactly they are doing wrong and how best to fix any issues identified as a matter of urgency. Yes we can understand and excuse the SE’s perceived thirst for success at all cost but they are also one of the most educated/religious region as far as statistics is concerned so there is obviously some sort of disconnect in the transitioning of education to good values. This is really getting alarming and something ought to be done |
Is he qualified for the Job? - Hell yeah Was he employed to protect vested interest? - Possibly but absolutely no shred of evidence Would the supposed vested interest stop him from doing his job? - Absolutely no chance Would he deliver? - He has the right credentials and the current political climate suggests he will so ain't nothing to worry about |
agabaI23:Yo bro, I'm sure you saw how the bank was reported to have lost 38% in value last year. They have lost 30% in value to date meaning they are on the same pace. My question to you is this, what exactly has that got to do with buhari if they are loosing as much as they lost last year when buhari wasn't in power |
