Looks good, but then anything can happen. That's the reality. If your birthday has passed, you might want to wait it out. But if I were you, I'd be proactive and sign up for French. Masters is also a good way to improve your scores but then, it takes longer and and offers lesser points, which might even be rendered useless, by the time one drops points due to birthday. Modified: If you're married and yet to do spouse's ECA, just go ahead. And writing IELTS as well will add points to what you have already. But then, the ultimate is French. Getting at least a CLB 7 in all modules of TEF Canada will earn you at least 40points. Learning a new language from the scratch looks impossible, but it's doable! With the right will, there's already a way.. For more info about how to go about it, just go to the TEF thread. You've got wonderful people in there you can look up to. The likes of @Mamaroon, @Étrange, @Fabguen, @Ayandee are still very much active and willing. All the best! Olamiikunle: |
Hey Banky bro! Great news. Finally.. All the best in this new chapter. Remember us in your prayers. We'll be needing all the goodluck. bankyh1905: |
And the way you go about ranting in the name of freedom of speech calling people names has shown exactly how "civilized" your are. Clap for yaself! Simplyleo: |
I like your attitude. All the best with this journey. Canadahome: |
Bro, you've been in this thread for far too long to still be asking this sort of over flogged question. And by the way, from your previous posts that I've seen here in silent mode, I have never stopped wondering how many degrees you possess and how many Universities you attended after EBSU and MOU. Plus how many evaluations you're on, as I see WES and ICES in your posts Just curious ni o, except if, understandably, you are into agency.Canadahome: |
Lol.. Just wait till they tell you that the whites involved are now down with Corona and then, they will die ultimately of the disease and then, they will disappear and become CIA agents in other countries. Abi nor be so we dey see am for movies? DNSPro: |
Stop playing too wise! Majority are not saying COVID19 is a scam but that the figures are outrageous. I work in in a hospital and I have an intern who lost her dad to the disease. But then, how many of these patients have we seen live on TV? After all, journalists could wear full gears and be allowed to see them being treated. Same Kano that we were made to believe had an acute outbreak suddenly has curbed the surge, with all those difficult-to-control Almajiris who were testing positive in droves? So what happened there? Why does the NCDC chose to release these bogus figures late at night? I can go on and on with these questions.. Personally, I can't wait to see how this will end eventually. All the best to NCDC in their quest in creating virtual patients on whom they are spending the funds alloted for the COVID-19 cause. Montlab25: |
Hi sis! Really been a while we read from you and your grading partner, Mr Banky. Thanks to every member of the Wassey team for all they do preparing test-takers FOC. Your efforts aren't going unnoticed and we pray you guys get your reward continually in their due time. All the best! yemblaze: |

Let's hope when that one too is running out of songs, she won't venture into this ashewo side to salvage things as Savage Tiwa is doing presently. wellmax: |
I can bet that by the time you've finished eating all these and sipping in your last drop of fanta, you would have developed full resistance to the most potent snake bite in a week's time -the same way honey badgers, secretarybirds, opossums, mongooses etc developed immunity against snake venoms. So I'll advise you look for a sizeable pit viper or black/green mamba or puff adder to test your newly acquired super-power. I'll indeed love to read or hear from you again soon on how are making Nairaland's FP and subsequently your making it to the Guinness Book of Records! |
If only countries of the world had isolated China completely as soon as the case was getting out of hand! If only Nigeria had shut down immediately after the first case was announced!! If only and if only, we would have saved a lot of lives already lost in other countries (China aside), the ones being lost and the ones soon to be lost.. |
Name them! ukukaegbu: |
Finally, I read comments from some peeps who realized another snake, probably endangered in that area has just been killed again. Pythons are naturally harmless to humans and must have come to hunt for/steal foods like pets or other domestic animals humans keep. A day will come when we would have fully lost all the wildlife nature blessed us with and our next generation will keep asking how they all disappeared but still in abundance in some fellow African countries where huge revenues are generated from them. May God save us all from our bush-meat and pepper-soup mentality!!! deltateam: Akalia: |
JOHESU tried fighting for their rights the other day, Adewole, Ngige and their co-med 'goons' ensured their members were punished by applying and enforcing the "No Work, No Pay" decree. Let's hope 'some people' will not be treated as "sacred cows" this time around. But oh!.. we know the end of it all already from the start, their salaries will be paid in full when all has been said and done. |
I don't think it applies to everyone but I had similar experience, though I'm not a lawyer. Sometimes, they would just decide to request for yet another verification from your school. It can be frustrating but you have no choice than to get back to the right quarter for a re-reply. I hope your school won't act like mine by insisting that they have replied the earlier verification mail sent to them and that they are sure the mail got delivered. Until, I decided to screensnap my timeline where the "Awaiting Verification" reflected, I couldn't convince my school. Please act now to avoid further delay of your wife's ECA completion. elohim24: |
You don't mean it? It's quite wrong and highly uncivilized of you to attack the personality of someone who aired his view and related Persie's criticism of Ole to one of his former clubs, Arsenal, and then submitted that his allegiance seemed to now lie with United (since he, Persie, came out to criticize after a game involving both Ars & Utd). The OP also pointed out such an act by Persie as the reason why Arsenal fans hate him. Moreso, he didn't even reply to your post in the first place to deserve that. Obviously, your posts will keep getting liked by United fans without seeing anything wrong with your action. My point, try learning how to; accommodate others' views, respect such and interact without resorting to abuse at the slightest opportunity because you're on a faceless forum. As faceless as here might seem, one's responses still go a long way in telling how mature, responsible and civilized one is! Peace... Zaheertyler: |
I wasn't the only one who saw the discrepancy, probably the one who brought it to light. There's no way I or anyone else could have known that passionate2019 was the one posting through his 17year old cousin ehiremen's Nairaland account. The same way a MOD would not know, if in that process, ehiremen had broken any rule of this thread and has to be suspended, it will obviously be ehiremen that gets such ban and not passionate2019. I made conclusion based on the obvious. Having realised the premise for my post (almost 3days ago), you could have simply indicated where the mix-up was, instead of at the bolded. On the other hand, I am indeed sensitive to this sort of plight you are in. I should have just passed by this comment but had to reply for the purpose of clarification. All the best! ehiremen2002: |

Hmm.. Really! An agent.. that sounds more like it. When confused, they hurriedly rush in here to seek the gurus' opinion. Lmfao.. COPR2020: |
And bros, after you came right into my PM and we spent 3nights sorting this same issue out, you still continued with the same question? You posted it last night, no one responded. You still came tonight to repeat same. Hehe.. What more can I say? It's well with you in this journey and may you find the answers you seek. LIFE101: |
It's quite unfortunate @bankyh1904 that this thread is increasingly getting infiltrated by rogue 'applicants' and even more unfortunate that there's nothing one can do to stop it. This same guy you are breaking a sweat for typing all these and exerting so much passion and energy at getting his perceived problem solved, unfortunately yet again, posted the attached screenshot somewhere on Nairaland... The questions any person will ask from this is how will a once self-acclaimed 17-year old, who gathered 0points out of a possible 110points (No spouse) have enough CRS points to even earn an ITA? Where did he get the job experience required? How did someone who, 2months ago, just "got admission to study software engineering in UofR and who "needs tip and advice on how to put in a strong application" for his study visa the "coming week" suddenly get the degrees he 'evaluated' and got an ECA for which is now the basis for the so-called rejection he justed posted here? Someone somewhere yet again is living that fake life right here on this street. As I always say, this is Nairaland, anything is possible! Lol. He must have lifted someone's post/problem from another thread or website like CanadaVisa, CEEAS, etc and came in here to claim it as his own. But you would ask 'why would any sane person ever want to do that?' For me, I still don't know for sure but people just do it! I know a lot of people genuinely create new monikers to mask their real ID here but equally, we have some doing same just to ask unnecessary and unreal questions. It's only left for one to just be able to discern the serious applicants here. I could have easily let this pass too, but fooling someone like you, our script-grading comrade? It's a NO! Well, what I expect of him now is to abandon this moniker, create another and continue from where he stopped, either on here or on another thread.. All the best to him and his fellows. bankyh1905:

Congrats to you too and also @kemkem30 (I indeed missed out on her gist earlier) May the new land prosper you all. Hopefully, you guys will get to your new country and impress it on those oyibos that a lot of us Nigerians are highly hardworking and indeed, are great people full of intelligence, love and really at peace with nature.. phemmy26: |
Congrats @AryaEgugu, @Ebixxx and @godG... You guys are celebrated! Ebixxx... Your testimony is so uplifting. You had it planned out to happen in weeks, it landed within days. Hallelujah! godG... Though I do not have the luxury of having someone I could call either a senior or junior brother, I can feel your pain of losing one. May the almighty remain your strength. Thanks for all the wonderful tips and for indirectly supporting my view on a certain issue here sometimes in the past. We followed each other thereafter. Arya.. We dey await the gist o. Whew! E just dey rain PPR... You no even know which gist to edit and quote sef after that long jacking.. The question now is who's next in line? |
I do not have a format but I'm certain page 1 of this thread has that issue covered. Or in the alternate, just google or search on YouTube for 'Reference Letter For Canada Express Entry'. You would see loads of write-ups/videos on the necessary details required in such letter and how an acceptable one can be written. Atdeejay12: |
Pls don't be devastated. Yoruba's will say "ẹní lórí kò ní fìlà, ẹní sì ní fìlà kò lórí tí yóò dé sí". That literally means that a lot of people here would even want to do anything to be in your shoes/stage right now... Stay hopeful, it's a phase that will pass in a matter of time. You are almost home. All the best. At the bolded part; we really can't celebrate them enough. TrippleJJ: |
Hmmm... All I can smell Banky, is an open air pervaded with love! Cheers once more to you bro. bankyh1905: |
Sir/Ma, This issue of gift deed has been overemphasized here. If I may ask your opinion; don't you think it's neater and more straightforward to have that aunt transfer that money to her cousin (your mum that is) who would ultimately give you her son/daughter as a gift? I think that way, you won't have to worry about an over-zealous VO requesting you to start proving your relationship with a so-named aunt. I think you can do without an additional stress to the ones inherent in this journey biko! And there's no rule that says you can't combine gifts as long as the POF is complete and in your account or that of your spouse, if any, backed up by their respective deeds. You can go ahead as long as you won't start worrying that if you had known you should have had it this way or better still, that way. The applicant always has to take responsibility for their final action. Nedu2144: |
What matters the most is it being a gift. A gift is something freely/voluntarily given by another, without charge or hope of having to return or repay. In this journey, people go ahead to put it in a written form which we call a deed and some still go a step further to legalise the act by notarizing it (the deed). In summary, once you have your gift in the form of a deed (and notarized if you so desire), you should not bother yourself with the bolded part of your question. Where the person 'gifting you the gift' got the money from, for now, is no business of VOs to be frank. It's only advisable that the money should come through someone close enough to you, such as immediate siblings, mum and dad. That doesn't mean if your cousin, aunt or friend is the provider of such gift, it won't fly.. Igethope: |
After AOR kwa? It has to be included in the documents to fill in before you submit your application. I want to believe your sibling in Canada should even be in a better position to offer you the guidance needed. profeddor15: |
