1stGenAmerican: [b] Legal counsel, if nothing else, can act as a buffer and a filter. Think about each and every time you went before a judge and argued those 18 motions. You cannot take back what you have said on each occasion, even when it contradicts what you said on a prior occasion.
Last time: For your sake, you HAVE an attorney. Stop sabotaging yourself and allow that attorney to work. Hi powerhouse5050. Take this advice very seriously and make sure you don't represent yourself again. Allow a professional do it. This is the rest of your life we're talking about here. |

Hi OP. In trying to make sense of all your assertions, I have a couple of questions that I would like to ask you, if you don't mind.
You keep buttressing that you wore pants while the attacker wore khaki shorts. Seeing that the perpetrator wasn't apprehended immediately, do you agree that he would have had ample time to quickly change into something else? Alternatively, you said there were 2 different footages. Where they of the same timestamp, so as to back up your alibi that you were somewhere else?
And about your call records... Was it established that you were on the phone with a MD at the exact time the incident was happening? Not some minutes before or after, but at that exact time. If so, was this crucial evidence tendered at your trial - was the MD subpoenaed to testify? If not, why?
Finally, at least 2 people are saying that after the cctv footage was shown to you, you confirmed it was you and pleaded guilty. Is this true?
IF you're truly innocent, I can't begin to imagine all you must feel. God help you! |

1stGenAmerican: So if I continue to spot lies and realize that you guys are doing more harm than good, you want me to shut the fvck up?
Your wish is my command What people don't realise is that there's absolutely nothing wrong with a dispassionate, dissenting opinion. It provides balance at moments like these. |

DubaiLandLord2: Is it advisable to drive the car while the naked wire is on the car? Well, it's better to err on the side of caution. But, technically, you should be safe inside the car, as far as there's no defect to cause a breach. |

Haryhomyidhey: the day i can remember vividly was on the 29th of november 2020.... I was driving home that night while it was raining cats and dogs. I was in my car and i entered the estate where i live... Suddenly, while still driving, a naked life wire dropped right infront of my car and was sparking, i was flabbergasted... I parked my car right infront of this naked wire and i got down. The wire was still Sparking right on the ground.. The security guards came around and an electritian was called.. Had it been i did not see the wire dropping, only God knew what would had happened, when i got home that day, i couldn't thank God enough.. Cars are Faraday cages, so nothing would have happened to you, as far as you were inside the car when it dropped. |

You make very good points.
As much as it's tempting to get that thrill from speeding, deep down one knows it's wrong.
At high speeds your car feels so light, hence any sharp manoeuvring, maybe to avoid a pothole or an object on the road, can lead to fatal consequences. |

Which of these two schools is advisable in terms of location for more job opportunities.
I will really appreciate your advice.
Thank you. I am considering going for my PhD, too. But I haven't settled on a school yet. Still doing my research. All the best of luck! |

While Biggie was one of the best emcees ever, Tupac was just in a whole world of his own. So, I always feel it's sacrilegious (to Pac) to compare both, in whatsoever form.
Dear Mama, for me. I get the same vibes from DMX's I miss you. |
Celebrities › Re: Tupac's Dear Mama And Notorious Big's Juicy. Which Is Your Favourite? by JayEntaur(m): 6:59pm On Mar 21, 2021 |
McSquishi: These can’t be compared. Juicy is a song you listen to for fun, it gets everybody singing together, it makes you smile from nostalgia. Dear Mama makes you get deep & quiet, thinking of your mom & thinking of Pac’s story.
Better comparison would be between Juicy and I Ain’t Mad At Cha, Keep Ya Head Up, or even Changes. I like your taste in music. Hope it's eclectic? |

It's not set in stone. The bigger / less petty person always apologizes first. Inner peace is always more valuable than bearing grudges.
The scenario you painted is quite toxic and should be trashed out with a heart to heart. |

I should say it depends on the Church in question. Most Churches have a welfare / benevolence department.
Sorry about your experience.
Truth is, even in Churches, cliques exist. If you were in the inner caucus, I'm sure they would have more helpful to you. I am not justifying their actions. Just saying it as I see it. |

Greata won the time's person of the year for advocacy against climate change but the Indian lady who organized people and planted 50,000 trees didn't get any recognition. The same whining Greta was caught using plastic cups in a restaurant lol "This life nor balance!" |

Nazgul: Mr man, whether she loves her husband or not is none of your business. She's getting married and she wasn't pointed a gun and forced to say I do. Which means she willing agreed to marry him after breaking up with you. So what's your problem?
Men tell their side chicks how their wives disgust them, and how they'll divorce her and marry them just to get into their panties.
Women tell their boyfriends how their fiance/husbands maltreat them just to get their love and affection.
It's all a game, if you love yourself just stay away from her and her marriage and focus on your life. A word they say is enough for the wise. My thoughts exactly. |
