Should budget be a C.I.A document? When anyone can access the budget if Nigeria, the it is that of a state that one will have to sweat to get. The simple answer is that Wike did so many atrocities through the budget and he cannot let that to be in public domain. Take it or leave it .

Point of correction please. Tinubu never won in Rivers State. It was Obi that won the presidential election in rivers but his 40years old whiskey drunkard who is now one of his ministers manipulated it with visible cancelation of votes given to LP party to favor Tinubu. And he has been rewarded with a ministerial post.

Rivers State never voted for Tinubu. Wike mutilated everything to favor him and that's why he was rewarded with FCT minister. The earlier he realizes that he is no longer the governor and the people of Rivers State are with Fubara, the better for him. His reign of terror like an emperor is over.
