jesus must have done more miracles at home than he did in public. that is all this thread is all about. champions are not made in the ring but in the backyard of practice. |

Jesus was a child of God until be step into the shoe of the son of God. As a child his practice of miracles and other divine display where witnessed by mary the mum, in my opinion l believe mary had to learn not to disobey the the young man from experience and so advised others not to do so too. |
vickyO: That's no excuse. Thanks dear for the correction |
emmhynet18: hey i'm interested. I want a partnership... U can write me hw to contact u..you can join our whatsapp group |
fredx4: Are you a christian? If u are, which church do you attend? The first thing people ask you when anything religion challenge their long held religious believe is,"which church do you attend"? Am a christian but l wouldn't tell you my church. Churches make you a child of God but not a son of God. Sons of God are made by practice and effort by the would be sons, not God. |
Tecno should learn from blackberry. BB was having the best of time until Z series of BB hit the market. After Z wetin u wan produce again, na 1 2 3. Na to close shop be that. |
Three persons remaining for this thread to close. |
BabaGnoni: @jdilightWhy did he obey this law that limited man and disregard other jewish laws that also limited man. |
fredx4: And what are the principles? It took Jesus 30 good years to perfect, how will you believe me if l tell you? The principle separate the son of God from the child of God. |
fredx4: To be honest I don't thiink any christian should be concerned with how Mary knew that Jesus could perform miracles. But it will do you a lot of good to remember that this was the mother of Jesus and she had known him for 30 years. She conceived him without meeting with a man, she witnessed him argiung with the pharisees at the age of twelve and she also witnessed so many other things that were spectacular in the life of Jesus, so u shouldn't be suprised that she knew Jesus Christ was the messiah and could perform miraclesThe point is Jesus never did anything out side lay down principles as many have been made to believe. He followed principles before anything could work in his favor. lf any follow the same principles Jesus followed he will get the same results jesus got. Angels visiting the fellows mum or not. Bros until you question the known (show concern) , you cannot know the unknown. |
FOOL FINDER: Guy you know fit speak English ni.It is know not knew.lol, yes l no fit speak ooo. by the way am reporting a past event. |
jdilight: Jesus has been performing miracles in secrets which mary witnessed and believed.l agree with you. Jesus had been performing miracles before probably in secret before this public demonstration of miracle. my point is if the above is TRUE, then he followed the basic principle of success " practice makes perfect". |
vickyO: His ways are not our ways. That was His plan, we shouldn't question it.Sorry, do you mean the way of God or the way of Jesus. please shade more light. |
lana_Vello: I find it hilariously surprising wen mortals question decisions of supreme beings btw i fink this is as gud as wonderin y it'd to b peter dat denied jesus...and some other craay questions..When l read your post, honestly l couldn't help but laugh. The only supreme decision here all rested on Jesus decision to start or to wait not from The Father as my mind is telling me your post is pointing. |
vickyO: Are you okay with that? This likely is a good opinion than she knew from prophecy or being told by angels. The last statement of mary hints that she had missed some miracles simply because she didn't pay attention to doing what he had told her to do. |
Jesus began his ministry after 30 long years. Why did he had to wait that long before going to do the job he came to earth to do in the first place. 30 year no be beans, it is a long time to wait. What do you think? |
vickyO: I said the angel told her who Jesus was. And from the prophecies of old you'd see that this Saviour promised is indeed great. Read Luke 1Jesus has been performing miracles in secrets which mary witnessed and believed. |
Alfa Seltzer: I think poor Mary was very much relieved that wine has finished before his drunkard son drank himself into a stupor and start misbehaving. She went and told him that alcohol has finished so that he would go away and not bring embarrassment once more to the family. Instead he replied that his hour has not yet come. His drinking hour has not yet arrived! Happy hour. Free booze hour. This is from a twisted mind, go study that place with open mind dear. |
vickyO: Because she knew who he was. The angel told her, go figure. The angel didn't tell her jesus could do miracle, did he? look at mary's last statement, His mother said to the servants, "whatever he says to you, do it". What do u make of that last statement? |
How did mary the mother of Jesus knew that jesus could turn water in wine. John 2 : 3 - 5 "And when they ran out of wine, the mother of jesus said to him, they have no wine. Jesus said to her, woman what does your concern have to do with me? my hour has not yet come. His mother said to the servants, whatever he says to you, do it". |
byvan: Your doctor is such a sly devil!my nigerian doctors are after the money not necessarily our well being. The size of your pocket dictate your service and not necessarily a good service to you but a good service to the doctors. |
khattab02: Well said Op, u try. Do Muslims believe in him? YES! But don't pray to him because he is not God Almighty.Any christian that pray to Jesus is praying wrongly. We pray to the father through jesus. ye shall not ask me anything, but whatsoever ye shall as the father in my name. ye shall have it |
mz mariah: lolz. Na only 3 I wan born oo.u will survive in and enjoy the fruits of ur labor in Jesus name, and l say a big amen. |
oluwashaddow: am sure dis man must be in his late 50s,I wonder wat he is still looking for moreso, wat is an executive looking for in d legislative chamber,he should either be nursing a presidential or vice presidential ambition or better still lobby to be an ambassador,, it is good u start as a legislator n become an executive, dan starting from executive to being a legislator......anyways goodluck to himThe first political instinct is protection of interest, without any political position a politician is porous and open to attack from all quarters which is very dangerous in our today's politics. |
Nikkygold4life: My husband pitied me but he knew what I was up to. Its one of the natural. Ways of inducing labour. My due date way 2days aways so I had to do sth drastic to get d baby out cos if it passed 40wks, d amonic fluid where d baby lives in d womb would start to reduce and it can have adverse effect on d child. My sister just put to bed today, her dr had to give her castor oil to induce labour cause her due date is 30th. Theirs usually a grace of 2wks after due date but I don't like dt cos it u get u tensed up and it might affect d baby.Wooooooow, congratulations for your sister's safe delivery. We are happy to be among the first shepherd to hear this beautiful news. |
lt seems there is no husband here to tell us how many slap he collected as his wife been dey go through labor or do women don't slap or bite their husband or are our men shy of sharing their experiences. |
The executive governor of Abia state Dr. T. A. Orji (Ochendo) has formally thrown his hat into the ring for the fight to clinch one of the few senatorial sit slated for Abia state. This was formally inaugurated in Aba; the commercial city of Abia state in Aba. The story has it that, he is to swap elecoral position with the incumbent senator (senator Nkechi Nwaogu). The senator will become the first woman governor the state will be producing if things go as plan, why the incumbent governor will replace her as the next senator representing her constituency. If this happen, it will put to an end the long political wilderness of the Ngwa people in having a shot at the highest political post in the state. source : reporting life from the scene. |
