One of my best pal said to me, " guy l love you so much, l want us to live together. But not in this student quarter". So l had to move. My guy took me to my next apartment which l was to share with him. Many things happened for this house l tell you. l can't stop laughing any time l remember this apartment. lt was both irritating and fun living in this house. The landlady of this house was a sweet devil till she lost her sweet and became a devil, though l love her. but l hate her attitude. Wen she became unbearable l have to separate from my guy. l landed in another landlady house. this one will be cutting your neck and will be applying medication it. will be giving thorough analysis of these my landlords and landladies next time. |
Spicy v: I checked out your post l found this interesting thread by you, "CEOs, Business Owners And Intending Biz Owners". but couldn't find any reply link to it. please did you close it down? |
Spicy v : Thank you for your insightful contribution. Honestly, It take more than a heart to even fire a bad employ let alone a good one. However bad the situation maybe, some neccesities are neccessary. |
l fired my employee. hear her, l feel like crying. What do you want me to do now? Where will l start? Menh l felt for her, but l got to move on and that means letting go on some people and holding on to others. plz advice me so that l wouldn't make an employee cry again. What is the best way to fire your employee? Should you pre inform him/her? What is the duration duration if you are to inform him/her? |
Is this how unprofessional our professionals are, quoting without research. Anyone who has been in the 4 walls of university knows that this is a big lie. ASUU strike has reduce prostitution by more than 30% quote me anywhere. Even known student prostitute, where will dey operate from? what those that do the prostitutional arrangement, where will the operate from? Nigerians hmmmm! |
kill landlord ke, who no wan be landlord? most landlord are very selfish, they want you to do everything for them everything for them. They want to turn their tenant to slaves most don't want to see their tenant progress, so seeing you everyday is like a knife to their heart. |
I have lived in different places. Among those place, some l live among my landlord a few the landlord didn't live there. From my observation living among your landlord can be very challenging. ln most cases more challenging than most challenging jobs. My tenancy experience; My first Landlord wasn't always at home, the wife also rarely at home too made my tenancy relationship good and better with their children expecially the female ones. The next, my Landlord live 5 to 10 towns far from the house. I was more or less the Landlord with all the ladies in the compound my friend and a cordial relationship with the only male beside me living in the house, who was hardly at home. l moved in to a self contain mostly occupied by students, menh student nearly begged my life off. They will beg you till you have nothing left on the other hand, they never have anything. Once that was noticed l choose my friends discard the rest. Guy this house was fun. will talk about the next three places l have lived in later and probably start sharing some of my bad and good experiences in those places. I will never live in a house where my Landlord will live in the same compound with me. WHAT OF YOU? Drop your comment and experience. |
Am look at the economic contribution of ROAD SIDE HUSTLING to the nation at bad road spots. The world is a close system nothing is really lost. Matter can neither be created nor destored, they said. Therefore time never lost but are converted to cash to the hustler who renders business services to you as you supposely waste that your precious time. Road side hustlers sale more consumables than any businesss unit you can think of. |
Between Elele and Owerri at a placed call Umuagwuo. The road there is so bad that it we had to get down from the car walked to the opposite end of the road to board another car. I was amazed at the amount of goods and services rendered in that small area that is less than a vilage. Bad roads has certainly created numerous job opportunity to nigerians. Unconfirmed statistics believe that businesses conducted along nigerian roads of which bad roads top the list contribute more than 5% to our GDP. Assume our roads are as good as that of the western nations, Nigerian unemployment figure would doubled in just a month. Every ashes has its beauty. |
The formation of the New Peoples Democratic Party in President Goodluck Jonathan’s home state of Bayelsa, many assume is a clog on the wheel on which the president is driving to Aso rock come 2015. Meanwhile, The Chairman of the Bayelsa State chapter of the New PDP, Mr. Richard Kpodo, and members of his executive had been declared wanted by the state police command. Publicity Secretary of the faction, Mr. Godwin Sidi, a former youth leader of the PDP in the South-South, said the decision to declare support for the faction was due to the fact that the Tukur-led PDP lacked internal democracy. So, we are now saying that this was not the basis of forming a party and we decided to break away. Responding to a question as to whether the activities of the faction was not a threat to Jonathan’s possible 2015 re- election bid, he said Jonathan had no moral justification to seek for a “third term. According to him, the President and the Vice-President, are on the same ticket, as such, since Jonathan swore an oath of office and completed the term of late Umaru Yar’Adua, he had completed his first term and that he was currently serving out his second term. “So, this is his tenure that is coming to an end, why would he now say he wants to run for the third time? Someone before him tried it and we kicked against it. “I am a Bayelsan he said, there is no sentiment. Personally I am going to the Supreme Court to challenge his third term bid. But the state PDP Publicity Secretary, Mr. Makbere John, dismissed the Richard Kpodo-led faction of the party. He said they were not registered members of the PDP. “Go and ask them when last they paid their party dues. Those are the issues we are raising with most of them. Ask them to tender their membership cards. “As far as we legitimate members of the party are concerned, those people who are crying wolf are not members of PDP. Makbere berated Sidi for saying Jonathan had no moral justification to run for second term. He said Sidi was in no position to say that Jonathan had no moral justification. He said, “Are you saying that Bill Clinton or Barack Obama’s vice-president who served for eight years with them is not entitled to contest the Presidency? And if he eventually wins, he is not entitled to enjoy a second tenure? That is a rhetoric that will answer that question that he is raising". Dickson chose the venue of the monthly transparency briefing in October, to allude to the existence of the splinter group in his domain. He dismissed them as people who were of no political consequence. He said, “When the time comes, we would sort them out. We know them and they are merely ranting.” Source: www.punchng.com/ |

@ Jp phillips : Please can you refer me to any nigerian history book that highlights the above topic since we don' t have eyes to see any input by any government (past) to attest to their presence on this geographical entity called nigeria. I hope all developed countries reads their governmemtal achievements on history books than witness them. |

Only few points so far, GEJ seem to be having a filled day ahead of all our previous presidents despite the everest of challenges he is facing. |
Nigerians love quick cash, they don't like building brands nor developing market for their product. |
Let get the fact straight 1. Nigerians were once enjoying light that it was a taboo to switch of your light anytime in nigeria. Please which president mismanaged it and is he better than the present president that is trying to fix the mess. 2. Nigeria had a functional railway system before now. Under which president did we lost our railway system and is he better than the present president fixing this mess? 3. Before our naira became useless in the face of dallar, under which president did naira lost is grip on and nose dived? 4. Under which president did our foreign investors all ran away? Are they better than the president bringing back this investors? 5. Under which president did nigerians stop coming home after studing Abroad for lack of job in nigeria. Is he better than the present president putting up policies that are creating jobs. let me hear your views on this first, more are on the way. |
Nigerians are really a comic country. What did we expect; after the national confrence, the president will start implimentation. Abeg na MAJOR JONATHAN be our president? We are in democracy not millitary regime. l see we have not gotten rid of our military mental disorientation. Without the national assembly no law is applicable in a democratic system. You present your idea the check the pros and cons. They are the board members of this nation. |
hmmm only one could give reason others are more of speculations and regional politics. @ Slim fit: Sure l wasn't much active during buhari regime. What you just said is what l was told. ln d issue of competing with the western world, how do you think buhari will achieve that. There is a big generational shift between buhari regime and Goodluck. The brain that solved yesterday's problem most probably will not solve today's problem. |
Numerous critism has landed on our president in recent time. After some assessment am wondering if there has been any president since the birth of nigeria that is better than the present president and his regime. Please make your contribution with reason and refrence to the president or regime that you think is better than the present on. |
