asking for a friend

ok to his situation
he have a diploma in engineering from Nigeria
and a bsc in computer science from togo
he got married early this year after courting for 4 years
he wants to relocate with his wife via the study route

he applied for masters of computer science / data science at 4 different schools for January 2025 intake
he received a decision from one of the school, but the school fee is way too high(58k cad)

awaiting decision from the remaining 3

he earn 700k monthly from my job
he has a savings of 16k usd that's about 21k cad when converted
he has high value landed properties

now is there any additional way to get POF as putting any money in his account now is past due the 4month statement period one needs to print for visa application

is there a way to get sponsorship?
will a business sponsorship work?
or what other way can he use to declare their POF so they can still relocate this coming january
please we just need advice on this

Don't join the other person to jump into conclusion, that's why i didn't respond to him because it doesn't make sense responding to someone who did not know me but just judging me. It would take days for my funds to be cleared and landed in account. I only need temporary accommodation. You will get your visa if you keep trying.

Hi,

1. If the XY million is a huge sum, such that a withdrawal will result in the balance being insignificant to the visa officer if an updated statement is requested, then you have to leave the account as it is till your application is finalized. However, perhaps, you are in business and you can explain the source of funds convincingly, then you can withdraw and replace.

2.. Of course you can spend out of your Proof of funds but, since the bank statement is under review, you need to ensure balance there makes sense at all times in case an updated statement is requested.

3. The VO will definately notice the recent "credit inflow" and write you to explain or refuse the application as they may term it "you presented the account for demonstration purpose". It is better not to wait for IRCC letter before returning back the money but if you must withdraw & replace, make sure you have good explanation on source of funds. The explanation must be consistent with what you stated when you submitted the application.

But the agent suggest if l pay him again money ,then he will repack the visa application and make it more stronger by providing all the new requirement so the visa can be approved ..please do you think this can work ??

As an artist in the performing arts, he is under the International Mobility Program, which allows him to work in Canada without a work permit since is stay is for a short visit based on music. The 10-year Canadian visit visa he received automatically includes work authorization as a performing artist .

I submitted my Canada VV on the 22nd of August and my US VV was denied of 29th August. Is it necessary that I should inform the IRCC about my US denial. I informed the IRCC about the previous denial

1.the new policy did not concern you since it visit visa you applied and you not going canada to change to work visa

2.Write to ircc that you paid for biometic and request new biometic letter

And lastly Note that the processing time for a Visitor visa remains at 6 months. However, approval has become increasingly challenging due to the current circumstances in Canada, where many individuals including 700% raise in nigerians that are claiming asylum on a Visitor visa. As a result, the rejection rate has risen significantly.

Yes those that landed before Aug 28 with Visit visa amd applied for LMIA based on job offer will be excluded from the new Law. The update mentions that as exception.

But the truth is how feasible is such process for genuine LMIA jobs when it takes a long process of bottleneck not also undermining the huge cost involved?
