You started using an agent you should have managed him quietly till the end. If it is about Director proof, only your agent can produce such proof since he arranged it. Either you produce the minutes of meeting by executives duly signed by all signatories where it was agreed to make you a Director or you share the CAC shareholding document breakdown where you are listrd as a Director by shares and your share portion is displayed. If you can't produce this document which even the agent might not have, o ti lor. I hope IRCC will not charge you with misrepresentation should you fail to provide the document as that will be more trouble. Ibrahim8358: |
Work Visa is taken seriously by Canada govt so RROC (Toronto) handles it primarily while Nairobi is the secondary office. For Visit, Local office handles it primarily while Nairobi is the secondary office. AdoChel: |
Those shouting that Dems support legalized abortion and liberalism instead of having almajiri in the North that causes socio economic problem would it not be better if 70% of them have been legally aborted? Our sentiment as a country puts us at pathetic poverty. |
Rather go for gcms note so you can know what the specifics of the VO is. Appeal via the court can cost you about 3k CAD or more and there is no guarantee you will be successful. You have 30 days to appeal via the court counting from the day you received the refusal email from ircc. A lawyer that wants to appeal for you will also request for your notes to justify if the appeal is worth it or not. Maria345: |
Why children of hate come plenty for Nairaland like this. People who haven't paid tax in there life, zero business, have not employed one soul even theirs elf but they will talk down others who are contributing significantly to a countries GDP. I wept. That is why most of you will remain in perpetual poverty. Witchcraft spirit. Some cabals have sponsored people to throw fake news about Dangote because of there importation cartel they run. The fuel isn't standard but many developed American, European and Asian countries like USA, Spain, France, South Korea, Singapore and others are jostling for the products. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.vanguardngr.com/2024/08/dangote-refinery-usa-spain-france-south-korea-singapore-others-make-top-10-importers/amp/%3ffbclid=IwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAAR1i7SWap4bGb2U83ShPqYwF4GxOoR75TLzVXLO-XtAWDhpPzw5mLNbSFxw_aem_MKoCRHFz6Qgzmp8E9AccVQ |
A classmate of my wife in Canada just got her child's visit visa approved. The son applied in May 2024 and it was approved yday. Before now, both son and her husband were refused visit visa until only the son reapplied and got it yday. March/April/May applicants get ready. |
The Canada IRCC do not have process that validates study permits from Canadian institution like the equivalent of CAS in the UK. These are the shortcomings IRCC is trying to solve with improved process that makes IRCC and Canadian schools share real time correspondence on student admission, enrollment and graduations. The IBF (international boxing federation) used testosterone levels as cut off while the Intl Olympics Committee (IOC) just used what is on your passport. The difference in cut-off requirements is the problem we have now. Imane Khelif shouls just handpick the sports events that recognized her as female afterall she didnt create herself intersex and she has lost to other female boxers in time past. Aemann33: |
I don't know why we are arguing. The sports was created in binary like 0 and 1. Like say 0 for women and 1 for men. Now in the spirit of fairness, all athletes are classified under one of the above buckets. The sports didn't envisage where one may be 0 (a woman) but have some traits of 1 (a man) because when this happens and the athlete is classified as a female (0), it becomes unfair to other athletes who are normal female (0). It's a complex case where we cannot say she is 100% female (0) neither can we say she is 100% male (1). The issue now is if even if you create a transgender group let's say group 1.5 , there will still be issues because some Trans will be more males than females or more females than males. I think people with anormally for fairness sake (which is the most important here) should be exempted from physical sports. Sadly it could be an unfair decision to them too (that is like discriminating their abnormally nature) but it is what it is. |
I dey your back oh....March applicants are ready to March forward 😃 Logingist: |

Try study route for Masters for her if u re capable. It means 27k CAD living expenses for both of you plus school fees averagely above 30k CAD. That will give her SP and you SOWP for the period of study and then after study 3yrs PGWP for her and 3 yrs SOWP for you. This is if she has BSc and 2.1 which most uni in Canada requires. Get someone who can give you good guidance on documentstion, it's not just about having d money Digriz: |
Which precedence are you talking about? The protest Tinubu amd APC led during GEJ regime or the EndSars that was void of violence until NA invaded and started shooting at peaceful protesters to disperse them? okeke6969: |
How do we find better ways to improve our security, roads, economy, job opportunity, power, Healthcare and many more without political power or have a power to change political leaders? Chinkoalhaji34: |
Why should I buy yam for 10k when I can use 8k to buy one carton of indomie? Na who yam help. Again I will say we have been living a subsidized life all along. It's not that things are so expensive, it's purchasing power that is low. Imagine if the least Nigerian worker or biz man or woman earns at least 200k or imagine our exchange rate is 150 Naira to 1USD? I always compare the cost of food items between what I buy here and the ones my wife buys in Canada. The major difference is purchasing power. Nigerians are on of the least paid workers globally and the pointer is to the weakness of our currency which is a factor of our import to export ratio. Let us give Tinubu some time even though I am a proud Obedient. |
You earlier explained a scenario where let's say the applicant leaves Canada after extending his visitor visa to visitor record and then reapplies for visitor visa outside Canada...you said siuch extension to visitor record could be a trust issue for earning visitor visa . What about if the visitor record (extendion) is still valid in Canada and the spouse of the student wants to convert to SOWP with spouse PGWP and full time offer, how can an ongoing extension be a blocker for incountry applicantion for SOWP in this case if they have requested extension via visitor record? Pls enlighten us. House34: |
You need to be patient with the long process (6months) as I am also in your WhatsApp group. Hope you attached all your biz/job that supports home ties.? Hope u had good balance on your account statement? Hope u shared assets that showed you are established in your home country? Hope u shared her accommodation contract that shows where you ll be staying when you visit her and Hope you made her send a letter of invitation to IRCC showing consent and your approval to visit.? I would also love to know the reasons you were denied SOWP just to see if those reasons have been treated and not a threat to your visit to your madam. richieway: |
Draw a family tree and indicate cousin relationship where maiden surnames could be the same or current surname. Add proof of the above along stuffs like birth certificate and acceptable IDs. Your cousin can also write a letter to IRCC on your behalf Rach86: |
If you have BSc with good grades, add 20k CAD to study a Masters in Canada. That's far better than scam LMIA of 40k CAD. Short cut will only cut one short. Maria96: |
He has been told before, maybe he wants someone that will tell him what he wants to hear..that is lies. If you must do this then study route is the way with 21k CAD for living expenses plus school fees. House34: |
Not at all. Not even for study permits. Barblow: |
But he won BAT in the last presidential elections in same Lagos BAT was former governor and an indigene. Can you beat that? Salewa97: |
Lols I get your points too but my fear for such person is when they carry that mentality because I can assure you that a lot of people normalize such wrong habits when it works for them once or twice. They even call it grace. I know a student who was working more than the stipulated student hours doing Uber and not even going to classes. IRCC caught him when he wanted to apply for PGWP. He was denied and asked to leave Canada immediately that his aim was never to come and study. Danger of doing wrong is you may just become use to it and abroad is not Nigeria, you will be caught and pay for it dearly. I encourage everyone to try as much as possible to do things rightly because it pays in the long run. Ibrahim8358: |
People hide under hardship and challenges to promote fraud, that itself is fraudulent. They just don't care if there action affects others so far they have their way. That is the consequences we suffer from VO and meanwhile such people cannot enjoy last longing success because they will carry that fraud mentality abroad and with strong institutions abroad they are easily caught. Hardship and challenges is NEVER a justification for wrong doing. uchennay: |
Where were you when APC Mohammadu Buhari spilled the blood of monkeys and baboons in post election violence? muhammaduyusufu: |
I feel sad seeing SA and Nigeria going into e-wars. At best we should be collaborating as youths on how to solve the peculiar problems we have cos both countries have real problems peculiar to each region. Can we now end the hostilities please. It's not worth it. Good and bad people exist everywhere including Nigeria and SA. |
Not that Nigeria is better, Nigeria is just cheaper because we re the poverty capital of the world so someone can manage 50k (50 CAD) for a month and still survive. Cheaper is not equivalent to better. chrisifeanyi: |
Let me help. There is a timeline to applying for PGWP once an Intl Student graduates and this happens once in a lifetime. So if you enrol in the PGD programme when your hubby is entitled to PGWP, he has to utilize the PGWP e lse he will lose it for life and not be entitled to another one in future. So better you allow him utilize it while you look for a Masters programme you can use to convert him to SOWP when you re enrolled or have graduated should his PGWP expire and he hasn't been able to get PR or another work permit. PGD is not Masters wether it's done in the University or College.

|
