If the chassis of that trike is not rigid enough, that will be the primary failure zone. It will also put even more people in danger should an accident occur, which might more likely happen, unless the brakes were upgraded to handle the increased weight

I'm sure you're not even aware that the Ifon-Ilobu crisis has been on for decades, all through different regimes.

Once in a while, it boils over, and there's an altercation. People get killed, house burnt. Even during APC rule.

The trick is to find a lasting solution to the trouble, and it's never easy when it comes to land disputes.

A quick way out is for the government to buy out a piece of land to serve as a buffer zone and install a police or military formation there.

I hope Adeleke will consider this solution.

So how will the park recover the money spent?

It's not about the size or "bigness" of it, it's about the patronage and cost per visit.

All these will go with management and maintenance costs.

Put it all together and you might reach the conclusion that this project might not recoup it's cost price before it starts having issues, especially with our poor maintenance culture ant possible substandard construction due to corruption.
