Better stop the boyish football fandom when you get married. I have seen a hole where the kids questioned the Dad why he was almost never home when they went to bed. He was always out with friends to watch EPL and UCL.

He stopped immediately. The wife never questioned him, but the kids did, when they were old enough.

Funny thing is, the government, which has the choice of diversifying the economy and chose instead to start wringing the citizens of their livelihood, will do no such thing. They will embezzle the funds and spend the balance on harebrained infrastructure projects like the coastal road.

The country is going nowhere but south in 10 years, unless another government comes in that will help Nigerians to be more productive, and, my friend, this taxation drive is doing the exact polar opposite!

The fact that i successfully passed through a particular spot, and a minute later, a tree falls on the next guy that tried to pass, doesn't make it a miracle on my own part.
It simply means i wasn't at that particular place at that particular time.
If i were there at that particular time like the other guy, i would face the same fate.
Miracle would mean that the tree got suspended on the air and remained there until i successfully passed before it would then complete its fall.
