I've interviewed for a job before, I told them my expected salary, and the HR told me in a matter-of-fact way that what I'm expecting is about a third of the projected salary for the position!

When someone gets a job and finds out that he/she could have been paid more, the person will resign and go for another offer, at the end of the day.

Tinubu should declare a state of emergency on the state just like Obj did in 2004. That means setting the governor aside and suspending the state legislature. Time for an administrator to step in, preferably a retired army general.

Maybe not setting the governor aside, just placing the entire security apparatus in the state under an administrator within the state who now works with the governor.

The advantage of this is that all military, paramilitary and police formations will function as a unit to quell the threats, instead of waiting for orders to filter down their respective chains of command which could well be compromised.
