lol... That dude still exists? It's funny how he quickly became unpopular. He doesn't tolerate opposing views. If you argue with him,you get blocked. I recall he was vehemently against buhari in 2015. A smart blogger, would've kept his political views off such a space. He didn't. That blog has not been updated in years.

He was in an MRAP, that's a mine protected vehicle. Buratai already did his part giving them this force protection. That schnook was not supposed to be in the Army. He was not even angry at Boko Haram who planted a mine (cowardice) to deny access to their position. Only a deranged over politicized mind has his Chief Of Staff to blame on smartphone video when shit like this happens
Don't be stup!d. Have you ever been in harms way b4? Have you ever seen a comrade get blown to pieces or comrades who lost limbs as a result of IEDs? All these clowns hiding behind their keyboards and talking trash on social media. Do you even have the faintest clue what war does to the Human mind at all? You're a bloody f00l.

Dude the 1st and the rest pictures are still the same location, if you have any post it don’t just claim you’ve seen it.
You have seen them, then post it. Picture below was a poultry converted to an F.O.B.
comprehension shouldn't be a challenge for you sir. Poultry or not, that's a FOB with barbed wire. I've seen others with barbed wire. Keep shouting, good day.

Please download Nigerias budget for 2018 and 2019 as a .pdf file from budget management office website. Go to ministry of defence and check under its capital projects for A vehicles. Add them all up for the years. There was also more than $200m released to Army from $1bn ECA so I know it is difficult to track but there will be more than 200 MRAPs, TCVs, IPVs. TAVs in inventory in the next one year. 35 new tanks MBTs are also coming
what type of tanks are we expecting and when?

The bolded looks like erratic talk.

Nonetheless, I agree with you that this publicity is not supposed to become "normal". I just want to believe all this is because it is early days of the unit and there is a pursuit of "acceptance" in the eye of both pencil pushers and peers in the service.

grin at least its refreshing compared to their brothers in NA always ready to show us push ups when the appear before cameras

My opinions from the exercises.

Probably because the unit is young they're trying to get approvals from the pen pushers.
I don't understand this black shirt thingy as it defeats camouflage or is it because its a get in-get out CT thing?
this training na campaign for the current chief of the air staff. He has his eyes on the office of cds. What kind of SF expose their identities the way Nigerian SF do? Too much paparazzi. Such things compromise security.

Just when I think you couldn't possibly get any dumber you always prove me wrong. Just look at what this one is saying. I actually thought you were not this silly. When have you seen me advocate for S-400? and the F-35? Are you nuts?

That said it is people like you that makes corruption thrive. Always eager to make excuses for incompetence, you cannot think with your head how Nigeria is fast fallen into oblivion militarily. I just gave you an example but you are too dumb to grasp it. You telling me Henry that the wealthiest economy in Africa with Trillion dollar GDP (ppp), huge forex reserve and a defence budget that dwarfes the rest of the region combined, cannot rebuild and modernize the armed forces? Do you think with your head at all? We allocate $1 BILLION to buy BULLETS. That's more than the defence budget of the two strongest francophone countries combined.

Between 2012 and 2018 $26 BILLION has been spent on security. Dasuki Sambo alone cornered $15 BILLION, FIFTEEN BILLION DOLLARS, Did the Nigerian economy collapse? Where did the $15 billion come from then? How can you win a war by digging trenches and doing point defence because there are not enough MRAPS and air assets to go on offensives. The few times they brave up and attack without air support they get massacred. We lost our greatest tank commander because for 40 minutes they held their own waiting for support after walking into an ambush. The air support that never came. FORTY MINUTES.

Do you see the adverse effect of corruption? But as long as people like you exist the Oga at the top have no reason to fear. You will always make excuses for them. NO MONEY. That you will even utter such nonsense is enough to make me question your sanity.

Soldiers go to battle with no bullet proof vest in Hilux truck yet we spend $659 million on a crop duster aircraft that won't be delivered until 2022. We earmark an extra $1 billion for bullets and you do not see the absurdity of it all. Your job is to come here and cry how poor Nigeria is and post stupid pictures of Toyota trucks,.,five years have past you are not tired of pisting the same ole pics. You've chased away serious contributors by your stupid attacks on those trying to have a cerebral conversation. You my friend are a disgrace. You find comfort in your circle of equally deluded friends and because oh are not capable of havjng a cerebral discussion you fight thise who do with crude remarks. See how foolish you are?

So these bastards came in this morning with spotters in our gear and vehicles. The unit stationed at the area flagged them down and they refused to stop and kept waking like a friendly force . The unit got ready for the worse thinking it was an "actual" friendly force being chased by those idiots Tilk they opened fire once they got close.

Fortunately, the good guys blew off them gasket which made their vehicles spoil and a radio call to nearby units. We were stationed where we are for a purpose. The person in charge needed a go-ahead order for us to move in as we're were about 17km away.

Little did they know that was an advance party shocked they came in large number and go-ahead was given for us to move in. The naval boys seems to be more excited grin while some where scared of an impending ambush as we moved in.

Luckily for us, some mopol guys working with the army around our route were on standby and we used their help to navigate through a safe route.

In short 26 bastards KIA. Zero military casualty
thank goodness for this wonderful piece of news. However it raises some serious concerns about ISWAP using military vehicles, call signs and uniforms to attack military bases. I read a tweet some weeks ago on Twitter by @fulanNasrullah. He explained in detail how ISWAP was able to achieve this feat. That's what they used in attacking the metele base. Bidexiii, if you're on twitter, visit the guy's handle. You'll be amazed.
