I hope you get a response. i'm sure there are also ways to improvise. |
ogugua88:for people who have lived in lagos all their lives and have lived long enough to survive the worst, their body is acclimated to the air so there is not much problem with it. as long as you don't live under third mainland bridge (for the person who made the comment about molue and danfo) you should be fine. for me, I don't favor the idea of gyming. it's for people who have lots of leisure time. |
we keep blaming fats and oil but the #1 cause of obesity is excess CARBOHYDRATES I really don't know why we keep blaming oils and fats. anybody with a personal experience can tell you that in order to lose weight. you need to get rid of these things: rice, bread, pasta and noodles, potatoes, and ounje okele. Dr Atkins diet is a little bit extreme but he got the right idea when he said carbs is what you need to watch out for. I don't think the solution is for women to visit the gym. they can cut down on carbs and exercise in other ways like taking the stairs, parking 10 mins away from their destination and walking the rest etc. walking to the supermarket and other places. doing dishes manually instead of with dishwashing machine, hand washing clothing once in a while etc. basic physical work like that. keeping stress levels down and eating vegetables to keep their energy up. because exercise is the last thing on your mind when you are fatigued. |
because there is no incentive for it. most men prefer a girl with big boobs and yansh. but curvy women are most prone to getting fat. I personally have a friend who doesn't want to exercise because she's scared her ikebe will be the first place to shrink. |
I was going to say she looks like Angelique Kidjo until I saw the body. I think the bald head look fits better on slim women. |

something nobody is mentioning here is the fact that if your mother-in-law loves you, you may just be the luckiest bride in the world. because she will receive, cherish, love and spoil you. she will treat you just like her own daughter. my dad's mom really loves my mother. I want that kind of close relationship with my mother-in-law and hopefully my future daughter-in-law. |
mother-in-laws are particularly wicked to daughter-in-laws. rather than son-in-laws. so it might really be jealousy. the woman have raised this boy with all the love in the world and lived their entire life for him. and all of a sudden some random woman is taking him away from her. It can be psychologically tough for the mother-in-law to bear. most women on here agreeing with OP (including OP herself) will most likely end up becoming "wicked mother-in-laws" too. it's a natural thing in females. |
ok. i'm out of here. |
they say the pay is great too. but the Chinese seem like such proud people. I guess they are also trying to be practical. |
oh my. then you haven't passed by a road where someone has pissed before. esp. in naija. doesn't matter if two or ten people eased themselves there. it stinks! the filthy trash littering abt in that picture will make it even worse. and how can you accurately judge d smell ur own waste. only others can tell u how much it stinks. I think the smell gets worse over time sef. anyways, this topic is getting disgusting. I want to puke |
yea but do u know what the stench of your piss will do to the many people passing by that bush? ![]() bush won't smell disgusting/unsanitary. . . until you and a few others pee in it. |
engineerd:lol that's a good one. ![]() |
I'll assume there are no restrooms nearby. otherwise, that's very irresponsible of him.
For all I know the nitrogen in his piss will make the bush/trees grow faster. Maybe the trees are thanking him for the food he has given them
rotfl you are crazy |
Desola:true talk ![]() same here with my family too. yorubas are proof and evidence that christians and muslims can coexist peacefully. muslims on average tend to be less wealthy materially. but they are very wealthy spiritually. and we christians need to emulate that in our faith sometimes. |
How can they be backward when they control the state apparatus. and maybe rightly so because they are the most traditional and the ones partially responsible for sustaining our yoruba culture. whether christian or muslim. we Yorubas will always be united. obviously you have a problem with that. it's high time this aloy-emeka is banned sef. where is Seun when you need him ![]() |
I don't understand what you're talking about. my point was there are hundreds of equally or more inspirational people out there. people I even have never heard of and will never hear about. they just happen not to be presidents or popular figures on the international scene. a.k.a Westerners haven't heard much about them. that doesn't mean sirleaf johnson doesn't deserve her prize. she did. she's an inspirational woman. |
13volts:of course not. The nobel peace prize is subjective. there are ordinary men and women out there who are unrecognized but have done much greater things than many of the nobel prize winners combined. what can we do? we're not the ones giving the prize out. if we were, at least 60% would have gone to Africans. |
you are one psycho. post d link. how did you find that anyway? because I really don't believe you |
arsenefc:in your dreams. what a psychopath. |
^ I wonder o. |
Good observation. no Yoruba lady is naturally fairstfu. Kolomentality dey worry you. you are right Ezeuche. lots of dark beautiful women out there. Yoruba women are def. the most beautiful in the world. ![]() |
how is yogi bear more manly than ekt_bear? dayokanu:why r u dissing alanta? |
She needs to endure? Are we still in the stone age? She's entitled the right to choose her limit on endurance. I understand that poverty is an issue in Nigeria, coupled with Laziness. If she's enduring and her husband shows no potential to work harder, why endure that kinda life. ![]() Do you also have the divorce rates for Yorubas outside of Nigeria?
![]() he doesn't want to endure. but he wants the woman to endure. what a hypocrite the reason for the divorce is someone is tired of enduring. u can't keep on enduring forever. who knows what's going on in the igbo marriage and why the wife is forced to stay. maybe she can't refund the expensive bride price. all that glitters is not gold. |
OP's comment: I really enjoy dancing (do not know how good I am at it, but i enjoy it). ![]() my suggestion is that he shld stick to owambe parties. or take up salsa. clubbing is not for him. |
