Jenifa, I dnt think so, cause I know she over trusted the husband.
she seems to me like someone who doesn't have a good marriage. there are many women who are most happy when their husbands travel out.she's trying to start a new life IMO. all she needs is a divorce |
^ this is the first time i'm hearing that some people chew their solid food. nothing will happen to your throat as long as u don't swallow a morsel the size of your fist. try it. ps: are you igbo? 'cause igbos r d ones known for hard and "rough eba" awon aj'okuta ma mu omi |
shilling:I can't say I have glowing skin. but the best advice you could get is to eat healthy and drink a lot of water. fix the inside and you will see results on the outside. for starters, try getting yourself on a daily multivitamin. in terms of facial products, anything that performs a miracle is probably dangerous or has a ton of chemicals in it. but if you do really want immediate/miracle type result try retinol at a doctor's prescription strength. ultimately my advice is to go simple and natural. oils like coconut oil or jojoba oil (shea butter broke me out). you will see changes over months period but it is worth it!! |
deols:somehow I thought of Ibadan as a rural area. never mind me. I should have specified Lagos. but yea, you can try asking local people. esp livestock farmers. |
SAFO:hate is a strong word my friend. |
Claus:what an insight! very true |
he should be impeached for gross incompetency |
@ Chaircover, that's the typical marriage relationship in naija for you. but the folks in question are so conditioned to this kind of dynamic that most of the women don't see anything wrong with it until they move abroad and maybe see how their oyinbo counterparts are doing it. combine this exposure with financial freedom and katakata don burst. BlueDiva:the oyinbo warmth is mostly superficial to me (maybe because of cultural barriers?). but definitely welcome. I've had tons of experiences similar to the poster who was helped with her luggage by the post man. no naija man will do that for you. I think both genders have their serious issues. |
disgusting. how can someone be chewing solid food ![]() why not eat rice instead. |
I think you need to move to a rural area or village. I've never seen it in the city.
'Wara' does not ring a bell. Some of us will need you to describe it or post a photo, if possible.
it's like cheese but naija style lol |
I don't hate cooking but i don't love it either. so I feel your pain@ op. but the more you cook, the better u get at it. and for cleaning, clean as you go so it doesn't feel overwhelming in the end. jay bee:best case scenario ![]() |
Actionleap:nobody wants a domineering or submissive partner. you should try to be a "best friend" to your partner. not her" oga" or her "omo odo" |
Deep Sight:lol. nigeria could never afford to spend trillions on its citizens. I even question the N 300 billion quote. which kain subsidy. there was never a subsidy! at least I don't believe it. --- beneficiaries of Nigerian wealth have always been a few rich. even as the mass are now paying double (or triple) to buy fuel. the rich will continue to get richer in naija. this is an example of what might happen to the supposed "subsidy" money our whole surplus federal reserve was depleted in a period of months!!! https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-807631.0.html |
mg215:you are going mostly for "culture". but you mention nothing about culture in your original post. all you keep rambling about is curves and skin. I hope you have plenty money for your pocket. because seems to me you are going for whoring. typical black american male. |
Fhemmmy:it was probably the least secure and easiest to hack. |
NO. a partner should be your best friend. not your dominator. |
turn off the caps-lock and learn to type like a normal human being then I will read your post. |
Lmao @ ebi loko yin.this man wicked o anyways there is no need wiping them off, they are not just worth it.
abi o. Kunle doesnt need to wipe out the millions of igbos at all. he should preserve his superpower energy for better purposes. ex. satisfying his wife at home. that's more worth it. |
go and siddon for corner jare. only God knows what comes out of your mouth about yorubas and hausas behind closed doors. hypocritical fool. how can a Ojukwu worshiper be calling for Kunle's head on a platter. who is worse. bigoted fools. |
Onlytruth:typical only- |
I don't believe the story. fabricated lies. imagine the author couldn't quote him plainly without inserting his own words. no where did the guy mention igbo. he was probably referring to MASSOB or even boko haram for all I care. made public the unrepentant and anti-Semitic (anti-Igbo) position of the federal government of Nigeriaanti-semitic? this guy is truly deluded that he is jewish. |
@laid back, me i'm not a sugar mommy. olorun maje. but I feel u on the price hike. wonder how ppl are surviving that. |
I find the whole occupy movement to be ridiculous, pointless and stupid. |
laidback:haha that's cool. you just have to find a lady who is a bit more extroverted than you. men tend to be generally more introverted than women anyway. introvert of course |
If the prices of oil isn't cheaper in Nigeria than its neighbors, then there is zero profit in smuggling. Hence no incentive for anyone to do so. If the prices at the McDonald's in my town are higher than that of the next town, nobody will trek over from there to here when they want a Big Mac.
of course price of oil will be naturally cheaper in Nigeria because we are a major oil producing country. subsidy or no subsidy. there is no reason that the price of oil should be more expensive in Nigeria than in benin or togo. If that is the case then what we have in our hands is an unfair price hike. it's cheaper and more efficient to monitor the borders. keeping in mind, it's not only oil that's being smuggled from the country. besides raising fuel price will reduce domestic demand and affect the economy worse than smuggling does. or is there something i'm not seeing or understanding? I don't get it. the funny thing is that in the past few years, we have been having surplus accounts due to high price of crude oil. and this has account still gets wiped out due to corruption. we can't save money for nothing. what makes me believe that the so called "subsidy" exists or that we will manage the money well? |
@laidback, yes it really is all relative. so I am wondering how you are when you are with your girlfriends. who is usually the more introverted one? who is usually the more extroverted one? when you say you are more attracted to introverts, does that mean that you prefer to be the extrovert in the relationship? or do you prefer yourself to be the more introverted one in the relationship. if you want an extrovert, find one who is just a little bit more extroverted than you. so you can cope with each other. if you want an introvert, I think you should be fine. you just have to be a little bit more extroverted than her. there has to be a balance. kinda like identical twins, one is usually more extroverted compared to the other. even though they both might be introverts. or a married couple. or any relationship in general. it's all about balance really |
this band aid cure makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. once people get adjusted to the new price hike, smuggling will go on as usual. aren't they supposed to control the borders to solve the problem? I predict there will be more more oil thefts in the months to come. If we can't protect our borders, how can we protect our pipelines. http://fuelfix.com/blog/2011/11/02/shell-says-unprecedented-oil-thefts-target-nigeria/ |
laidback:what makes it difficult for you to hang on to extroverted girlfriends? how do you mean by you tend to like introverted women who prefer extroverted guys? do they tell you that? about the opposites attract thing, what I would assume is that when two introverts are together, one of them will be more extroverted than the other. ex.if your gf was 8.5 introverted, you would be the more extroverted one. or in her eyes, you would be extroverted. |
she is beautiful. even with a sad face congrats to her and her work. |
laidback:do you have any introverted close friends? how introverted are you on a scale of 1-10? |
na wa o |
