I'm currently reading a book first published in 1875 and found a quote from the book.
The author was complaining about lack of ideal or perfect women. All the women about town were fake.

Here I am, shocked and in disbelief.
I thought women were perfect back then. right? 
they were our mother's mothers and great great grand mothers afterall.

In terms of drawing the curtain I think my wife is more paranoid than I am. But I noticed I don't like her walking around the house scantily dressed, I think I find her more pleasing and attractive when properly dressed. I am not sure if this has something to do with her Unclad-appearance or if she just looks better when dressed. In general, I think our wives are a big part of our lives, they make a big imprint on our image and ego, and I guess the husbands are afraid of anyone seeing some unattractive inner body parts (e.g sagging bosom (u will get if you have given birth to babies), big tummy (u will get if you have given birth to babies), spotty chest/back etc). Usually all these things are covered under nice decent dresses.

I think the reason is because meat takes twice as long to digest as carbs.
if you eat them at the same time, the carb will stay in your stomach and ferment because it's waiting for the meat to complete digestion. digestive problems occur when food ferments in your stomach.

something else is that meat and carbs need different digestive juices. meat is acid while carbs is alkaline (or the other way round, I don't remember).
it's not recommended to eat them together.

something my intuition tells me, however, is the wisdom in ounje okele ex eba, amala, pounded yam etc. because although the digestion of carbs starts in the mouth (from chewing), we don't normally chew ounje okele. we swallow them whole and so I think that this slows down the digestion so much that it is ok to eat it with meat.
also,saliva is a main digestive juice needed for carbs but since we are not chewing ounje okele, it may end up being digested the same way as meat. I don't know. i'm just speculating.


so yeah. eat your meat before your carbs (esp rice lol) but eat it at least an hour before other wise, it makes no difference.

maybe you have a sensitive stomach and body that tells you when something is wrong. not too many people listen to their body.
they stuff themselves to death with eating too much food and meat and don't see it coming. it's not good for your health.

it's better to cook food that can be eaten in abundance for festivities. simple carbs and meat comes to mind.

beans cannot be combined with many things. and too much of it is bad. unless you want to end up with horrible stomach discomfort.

lots of older men exist who prefer similarly older female counterparts.
of course if the relationship is based on sex or arm candy looks, then yes, they will go for younger girl
but if it's based on compatibility and true companionship then an older woman, with similar maturity level and wisdom, will be preferable.
