iSlayer2:The reality is beginning to dawn on some, the truth shall be established, then what! |
Was this directive not in place when late Mallam Abba Kyari was moved from Abuja to Lagos and back again. All this hypocrisy is nauseating |
Our saving grace is that we have a God that is just, the day of the deprived shall come |
So it has taken this pandemic to confirm again that human beings are the greatest threat to the earth and human existence! |
The way the esteemed late COS was interred yesterday was not done in ignorance, it was performed in arrogance! Arrogance of protocols introduced by the same government of which he was a prominent part. Why was he not buried like other victims, why did his body have to be airlifted to Abuja from Lagos with all the public health risks? Why was the NCDC not allowed to handle his treatment and burial like any other Nigerian? |
God's word says somewhere that even a fool is sometimes considered to be wise when he keeps his mouth shut! I wonder why spokesmen cannot borrow this line sometimes. Are they saying that this person's burial means more to us than our own lives? Could he not have been safely buried in Lagos where he passed on just like any of the unfortunate ones instead of exposing his corpse to all the hundreds that gathered for his burial? As we have laid our beds so shall we lie on them and I or anyone else dare not say Amen to that! |
Aren't we just about tired of these people who have held us by the jugular for like 40, 50 years. They have never failed in holding one appointment in government or the other. What have been the results? I think younger, fresher and more result-oriented blood is required for the office of COS and not some 75 year old has-been! |
We see simple solution, we no apply. When hunger de talk, she you dey talk another matter. Wetin these people need na food, chikena! I never see food kitchen, food bank wey govt/charity provide to feed people as I dey see for other country oh. Nigeria govt make you wake up oh, na you say you wan be President, you wan be Governor oh! |
1 Corinthians 6. 9-11 is instructive |
The Lord sees your helplessness in the face of what you have now come to see as weakness and I congratulate you on that. The guilt and shame you feel show your desire to break out of this trap of masturbation. 1. WHY don't you completely surrender your life to Jesus Christ. Go right on your knees now and tell him in detail what a terrible struggle it has been for you. 2. ASK him to become Lord and Saviour of your life and to give you spiritual strength beyond your own to help you overcome whenever you have the urge to masturbate. 3. QUIT watching all forms and nuances of pornography. 4. It pays to share your difficulty with one or two children of God who can partner with you in prayers to God. I say children of God with emphasis, not pretenders or wolves in sheep's clothing so you need the Lord Jesus to guide in making the right choice of prayer partner. |
Have we published the names of Nigerians right here in Nigeria that have been taken away by this disease or don't we have the right to know? |
If this story is true it only shows the failure of government in securing the lives of it's people. To think that it was considered ok to abandon that little girl in her hour of need is painful to me beyond words. What becomes of her future, all her dreams and her desire to serve God? Why must anyone be forced against their will to serve in some religion or cause? Did we read anywhere that God, I mean the Almighty God needs to force His creatures to worship Him? |

My question is this, is Kanye West still married to Kim Kardashian or not? |
A fool at ‘40’ they say is a fool forever! How about at 45? The first relationship produced 3 kids but no stability, the second 6 kids but no satisfaction, shall the third try bring anything better besides more kids? |
The corper did the wrong thing but I think the Principal applied the wrong discipline. The NYSC is the primary employer of Corp members and when a corper errs, they retain the right to apply appropriate sanctions. Other disciplinary measures could have been meted out instead of flogging an adult, a graduate in front of students. I wonder what the Principal has been doing to staff members who err in this manner! |
A drowning man oftentimes clutches at straws, when caught in the mud, what else but to throw mud at whoever! That's the Naija trend, rather than face allegations and accusations against their conduct and person, our politicians resort to throwing brickbats at other people! They are never man enough to speak up for their misdeeds but revel in pointing filthy fingers at other culprits. What hypocrisy, what deceit!! |
I'm not sure the writer of this piece got the understanding of the bible verse quoted. The word ''maid'' as rendered in the scripture was used in the sense of female or lady or woman and not in the sense of housemaid or house minder. The ways of men with women are indeed wonderful |
Sermons of this nature shall keep pouring forth at us for some time from people who have no fear of God because we have allowed deceit, sleaze and irrational politicking to prevail over reason, fairness and justice. |
U either believe in God, His word and prophecies or u don't! No half-measures. After taking marriage vows before God and men with ur 'husband', u're now considering another marriage with some doctor. Haba!! U should have waited for the 'prophecy' to mature before lunging into marriage. U better encourage ur husband to become a doctor if that would suit ur prophecy fulfillment! |
Don't mind my asking, but what was he before the conversion, did he really know who He believed in, if indeed he believed in anything? |
Is it not a bit too soon to conclude that a blunder has been made by you know who? I'm often surprised at a lot of comments one comes across over here. Many sound like as if they really have solutions to Nigeria's problems! |
