And one of the disadvantages of having jesus in your life is that it build long rope of false hope and wishful thoughts.

there are people in the bible God promised them lots of things. Yet they didn't obtain them in their life time, this did not make them to lose their faith in God. And as we read, the promise of God came to pass in their generation. It always come to pass

Decision making. One of the benefit of having God as your savior is that, that hard decision you wan to make. You have no idea what the out come might be, God can make em for you. Even Jesus was a pacesetter for us as he cried to God to decide for him. Even the deciples of Jesus asked him for direction each time they faced a confusing situation, and they never, ever got disappointed. God want us to be dependent on him, when we do so, he never fails, ad we ne'er regret.

A good example is the passover, as Jesus stood, his deciples instead of going ahead to get a place for the passover decided to asked Jesus, why? And had it been they went on their own to find a place without consulting Jesus, do you think they would have gotten a big furnished room as it was written in mark? Or have it free of charge?

This goes ahead to prove the importance of having God make a decision for you. Do you know those people that go out and receive bad things on their way could have very well avoided it if they had consulted Jesus? Do you know is pretty hard to kill a true man of God before his or her time? Do you know why?

There is one other thing I would like us to know about: Gods will for us, sometimes are in our favor like when David, saul, and others you could recall were willed to become Kings and saviors of Israel, God's will could be in your favor, to help you succeed, progress and all that. Other times it could be in the favor of others as to what you might become, like in the case of Jesus.

Jesus suffered because of us, so we could obtain salvation. So could you, sometimes the devil might make you frown, cry, suffer like he did Jesus and others you can recall, but the lord decides to use you as a star, a person to look on, through that situation to a thousand others who may fall into the same thing you fell, so they could be encouraged, so they could learn from you how to be courageous.

So finally, heavenly race is not a cruzy bed for you to lie on, because heaven itself is a bed of roses, so its path is set with so many obstacles that it takes only the guidance of God and total yielding of ourselves to him, in other to overcome.


Be good to day and have a wonderful service. Try beyond your best to be in church today, not for the sake of the pastor, but your soul, grab all you can from the preaching section for that's what you need, to grow as a christain. And may the Lord Jesus find you at your point of needs, in Jesus name. Amen

Good morning to you my fellow christain Naira landers.

There is a situation i want us to discuss about today. it's about the people we meet every day of our life, who lives the life we could call a wicked sinful life.

For example I would turn us to the events from the bible, and then to our day to day life.

In mark chapter 15vs 1-11 you would see the character of this sect of people, even in acts. People that hate christainity, and would do anything to strike us to the ground. People who's characters are vile. David spoke about them in psalm 36. They love sin and hate the light that the bible cast into their dark world. Its is clear that sin is the motivator of this souls.

And in the situation of Jesus it was vividly shown how Jesus evaded them till the time appointed, and on acts it was showed how Paul contrary opposed them till an uproar was caused in the city. And they made sure he paid one way or the other.


My question for you guys today is, how do you identify them in your pairs, around you, and how do you confront them?

For it is clear that who is not for us is against us. We can't live in the true sense of peace or unity with this sect of people

That is not applicable in a case where you betray someone that has done nothing but good to you, the blessings of god will depart from you immediately the person sheds a tear for the heart break you caused. 100% correct, and that person would be in a terrible condition, honest truth is its best for all to stay on the good and avoid that. But even for this people there is hope from God to be free, but it does not come easy or by mere saying the word of remorse.
