Here I am sitting watching my baby sleep. She's been vomiting since morning and running temperature. I had to take her to the hospital because she was becoming weak. Cough and catarrh also. Dr diagnosed malaria and they've given her first dose of malaria injection. Its the temperature we are battling with because even with pcm the temperature is still high. Please pray for us

Sudocream, did it bleach your baby's skin? The first time I applied it on my baby's bum, it bleached that part.

We've never experienced bleaching of skin using sudocrem.

How long before you noticed any changes and cleared it up for your baby?

I mixed the sudocrem with ori when I want to apply. I applied it both morning and night and It cleared up within a week.

My baby is 13months old and we have been using Nan 3,can I change her milk to peak full cream milk (the tin one) ,I don't know if it is good for her.

Children above 12months can be started on full cream milk.
You can introduce gradually by buying the small satchets if fear is gripping you. Watch for any reactions of which I doubt there will be any. If none, you can go ahead and buy a full tin.

How much is the fit me? My cousin's wife told me she bought it 4,500 at trade fare. Is it good on dry skin cos foundation last on my face that's why I don't use primer.
I've already given out my milani, maybe pregnancy made it look awful on me. Want to bring back my make up after birth.

I bought the fit me poreless matte pressed powder @ their store for 3000 last week.
I was using milani perfect 2-in -1 before giving birth too. After birth the thing started looking like mud splashed on my face.
I wasted 16k on mac studio fix. Dat one looked like I rub power oil for face.
I jejely carried myself to buy maybelline and I have been enjoying it. Soft feel, lightweight and stays matte.

I use the their fit me poreless and matte powder brand. It works fine on my not so oily face too. It is also very very lightweight when applied.

Yes heat rashes can appear on the face and It isn't compulsory to oil his face sef.
He can be fine without it. Remember, our body produces natural oils too and some skins can be quite sensitive.

What kind of rashes? Are you sure it's not caused by heat. If it is, reduce the layers of his clothing.
You can also stop rubbing oil on his face and neck area.

As for the puree, you can cut up the apples into bits and boil then blend with little water.

How does your apple puree taste when you use this your boiling method?

Why not steam rather than boil. By that, you retain more nutrients and taste.

I prepare ours by blending/gratinģ the apple first. afterwards, the blended apple is poured into a mug and then steamed.

My baby Frontelle (not sure of the spelling) i mean that soft spot on baby's head is not yet covered, you can still see his breathing from there, i was told by now it suppose to have been covered . He is a year and two months .

Please my son has had cough and catarrh for the past one week which I suspect he got from daycare. So far, I have been giving him milk, and fruit puree. Pls is there any thing he can take to stop the cough and catarrh before the cough gets out of hand. He is almost 5 months old. What brand of Vit C can he take? He currently takes Vitane to boost his iron.

Please take your son to the hospital. Hope the cough and catarrh is not accompanied with fever?
He will most likely be treated with antibiotics in case it is an infection.
Endeavour to tell them at the daycare to wash his hands often as they put all sorts in their mouth.
Keep giving him plenty fluids and keep him warm.

It has a very very mild scent.

P.s.be sure to keep separately from sponge after use. Let it air dry in its own dish. This way, it will last longer as it melts easily.
I've been using for 1yr+ and each bar lasts for about 3months.

Biko mamas, my DD has bin pooing back to back since yesterday , I was told she pooed at the crèche,she also pooed again before I got home ...and then she pooed like twice again before Bedtime. Same thing happened this morning, pooed twice . I dunno if it’s the Apple purée dat is making her poo , it’s her tummy not ready for it or what...

I pack purée , formula,Gerber cereal “ multi Grain” and 1 egg yolk for her Everyday to Crèche just so she can have varieties to feed on ( plz I hope this is not too much)

Can the purée just be once a week or is there something else I shld change or add to her meal plan , we are 6 months plus already .ehennnn, and mamas dat are giving their Babies well kid, was their poo black the very first time you started giving them ??

Pls use ORS and pediatric zinc to replace lost electrolytes. If pooping persists pls dont hesitate to go to the hospital.

Try isolating some of the foods to know the culprit. It is also possible that a stomach bug caused the pooping episodes.

When we were using wellkid multivitamin, my ds poo used to be green so I stopped using it. The black poo may be as a result of the iron content in the syrup. Iron is also contained in the milk formula so what she's getting may be too much.
