IPP selling directly to customers will only create electricity grid segregation whereby certain places will have more electricity while other place have less

they are fixing it by allowing IPPs to sell directly to customers, however this should've happened years ago....as for Eskom, its a lost cause imo, it just needs to stay alive a couple of years untill there is a sufficient number of IPPs... In general the Western Cape is already a stage or 2 lower on the load shedding scale because its producing its own electricity
