This is what happens when people marry for the infatuation they usually refer to as "love"! Just within six months of marriage, they've become tired of the fine faces and hot bodies and now want to start demanding accountability from each other! At this point, they start seeing all the faults they allowed infatuation to block them from seeing ab initio.

True love does not hurt , rather it forgives readily even without being asked to. It does not bear grudges nor get so angry with their lover to the point of desiring to hurt them. True love is gentle, slow to anger and emphasizes communication rather than rage!

In this generation, people don't marry for true love but for infatuation and selfish considerations! God forbid that I get so angry with the one I love to the point of hurting her! It can never happen

Kenneth Okonkwo should by now know that politics is not his calling! Since he started jumping from one party to another and speaking from both sides of his mouth yet nothing for him! Not even the position of a Special Adviser to any government!

I expect him to shamefully go back to his acting career and leave politics to those who are called for it.

What could have stopped Uche Nnaji from finishing common Biochemistry/Microbiology degree abeg? When his brother Nnoli Nnaji finished Pharmacy and is a licenced pharmacist today. If it is students unionism, he was not the only one who did union politics in the university. Others did and still graduated!

I'm not surprised that Enugu is top on the list!

The current administration taxes Enugu residents so heavily and the current centralised payment system has helped to reduce theft of funds by government workers!

If indeed Mr Uche Nnaji graduated from UNN, then the VC and his cohorts might must be made to pay heavily for the damages done to his image.

Some parents and relatives really are the cause of their children's low self esteem in life! Some do this out of ignorance while others may be deliberate.

As a parent, it is your responsibility to build your children's self esteem! Nothing kills a child's self esteem like body shaming! So, if outsiders call your child "big head", yellow teeth, smelly mouth, big nose etc , you have a duty to even fight such body shamers and restore your child's self esteem. FYI, this loss of self esteem does not just end with childhood, it can persist and even worsen in adulthood and prevent your children from being the best they were meant to be!

It can drive some children into antisocial lifestyles, drug addiction etc! Many children have been prevented from reaching their potentials because they never THOUGHT themselves good enough due to years of self esteem destructions! Also, remember that even your enemies and haters understand the effect of self esteem destruction on your children, so they'll target your children with that and may eventually succeed in destroying their self esteem and confidence, and by so doing, they render your children miserable and useless!

So, guard and guide your children's self esteems!

Besides, the fact that men cheat does not make women's infidelity in marriage right!

I think the assumption that ladies don't marry whom they "love" but who is available or that parents force their daughters to marry whom they approve is actually NOT true these days! Parents barely interfere in their daughters' choices of marriage partners nowadays, at least not in my part of the country.

The issue is that ladies themselves are a bunch of confused beings! Many of them marry whom they claim to love but would still cheat for different reasons and for no reasons too! Some of them would marry Mr A because he's tall, dark and handsome but would cheat with Mr B because he is rich or even Mr C because he is a playboy with other ladies flocking around him.

So, let's stop blaming innocent parents and society but blame the gender that often do not know what they want or just cheat for the fun of it!

The post is not about me and my personal preferences but about what obtains from a generalistic standpoint.

As for me o, I'll marry a pretty lady that I'm attracted to 100%. If she gives me peace of mind I'll return same to her but if she chooses to be troublesome, I'll send her home to her parents provided she has birthed my offsprings.

By then they'll now start crying back to their families and all those who advised them against such marriage hitherto? See ehn, I have seen things that made me conclude that a man's love is more important in marriage than a woman's.

What is this one saying? The fact that some individuals got enriched by government does not erase the fact that Nigeria is a terrible country for any sane person to live in.

Women's "love" cannot sustain a lifelong marriage relationship unlike men's. For this reason, marriages should be based on the man's love ie the man should be more inlove because that's what would enable him carryout his responsibilities to his wife and children with his full chest. Wise ladies understand this while the immature ones force themselves on men who doesn't care much about them and suffer the consequences
