You are the one who has a problem! For Crying out loud, what's wrong in a grown up guy having a girlfriend? Why do some Nigerians reason like fools? What moral wrong has the guy done?

Imagine the kind of people parading themselves as lecturers in our universities! Bigots who can't make rational decisions. Please what's wrong in acknowledging ones lover in a thesis? Does the lecturer know the contributions that lover may have made in the guy's life.

I think it is the so called prof that has character issues, not the student.

This is one problem Nigerian youths have. Somebody would accept admission into a course he has no full knowledge of what it's all about nor the job prospects therein. At the end of the day he would start blaming the devil for not getting a job.

Can you imagine! Comparing chemical engineering with industrial chemistry, and this is coming from a supposedly industrial chemistry student abi graduate.

Just three things I ask of my future wife:

1. Be faithful to me. Don't even give me any reason to suspect you are cheating on me. If you feel that you are tired of me, give me the divorce papers, I'll respect you and even give some parting gifts.

2. Respect my parents and siblings, they are my first love. Be rest assured that I will never tolerate any of them disrespecting you. I'll have your back always.

3. Respect me. Don't use harsh words on me no matter what. I have ego too, don't bruise it please.

Any lady that can give me just the above three will have me wholesale, I'll forgive all her other sins.

Op, if you can't put up with her dominant nature then you better break up now. Many marriages today hit the rocks because people marry those with incompatible characteristics thinking that they would change.

If you go ahead to marry her then be ready to be the submissive partner in the marriage.

I was arguing with some girls yesterday on whom a boyfriend or girlfriend is, and they were like a boyfriend is that guy whom they discuss some personal issues with and can confide in and not have any intimate contact with.
On my own part, I argued that a boyfriend/girlfriend is that person you can go intimate with i.e kiss, romance and have sex with aside sharing personal problems and discussiond with. I believe that one can discuss or share one's problems with any other trusted person including family members, but intimacy is what makes someone a boyfriend or girlfriend.
Please your opinion on this issue is highly needed so I can be better informed.

Just like I can't marry a poor dependent lady, I won't advise any lady to marry a poor man.

That's why I don't have an ounce of pity for any Nigerian man who claims he's being cheated on or that he raised kids that belong to him.
Chances are he's cheated or even he hasn't , he has enabled a cheater somehow someway by these kinds of ediotic comments they are making on this thread.

Agreed that unfaithful women abound in the world but I don't agree with your assertion that MOST kids born by MOST wives are not true children of their husbands.

I used to doubt stories about ghosts and the existence of life after death, but my dad who passed away in 2009 has changed my perception.
Aside the encounters with him in dreams which manifests in reality, the man has reincarnated in my sister 's home and his incarnate is his carbon copy.
