How i wish people would learn to put this thing called "love" in check. Alot of men and ladies have gotten themselves into misery because of it.

If possible, let's forget love and marry for compatibility and good character.

Though i know the story above might be cooked up and not real.

My friend stop deceiving people here! You can't train anybody to open a pharmacy without the person being a pharmacist or having a superintendent pharmacist. Unless the person wants to waste his money because pharmacists council of Nigeria will not hesitate to lock up such shops and have the person arrested.

Those who tried lost their monies.

If you want to run a pharmacy, go to pharmacy school and get trained. Simple!

I didn't bother reading your trash but you can advice yourself properly along with those your sisters who are dancing to be loved. Their husbands respect them because they contribute money grin grin grin meaning the day they refuse to contribute, they would be battered. Oh my word, there is nothing one will not read on this forum. Those guys probably married them because of contribution and not because they have something special, advice those your sisters wisely because of tomorrow grin My Belle don burst.
Lol...Your problem is laziness! I know your type. I won't respond to you again because you are obviously irredeemable.

keep deceiving yourself there. modern ladies indeed yet you are not aware that modern guys share the house chores with their wife. i pity the women with fish, don't go and do something to carter for your family, keep waiting for your wife contribution.
I thought i was communicating with a reasonable person, not knowing that you are one of the dunces around here. Do you know me from anywhere? No! Yet you typed the above trash because i gave a candid advice based on what i feel and what happens around me. I know your type. You are the type that fail to come to terms with reality until they fall into trouble.

FYI, i have two elder sisters who are married and are doing wonderfully well in their marriages because they make contributions to the upkeep of their homes, hence their husbands treat them like queens which they are. I also know those with this your mindset who are being treated like slaves in their homes. I may not be married yet but i am in a position to advise you. It is because of people like you that i don't pity ladies who are treated like trash by their husbands.

For me, i am a professional and money will definitely not be my problem, but the truth has to be told. You don't have any right to call your husbands house your home if you don't invest your finance in that home. You will only live at the mercy of your husband and your voice should not be heard.

Good no big deal then your wife should share the financial upkeep with you
For me it is not even a must that she shares financial responsibilities, but i just think she will feel more sense of belonging if she also put her money in the family. She would swallow less sh1t from the man and his family if she is financially involved in the family. Even if the man is rich and can foot all the bills, a wise lady shouldn't let him shoulder all financial responsibilities. I am surprised that some modern day ladies are still comfortable with her man being the bread winner while she only eats his bread. How then do you expect fidelity and respect from himhuh

I don't support this idea because i believe the home belongs to both the man and woman EQUALLY. I don't also buy this idea of "The man is the head" or "The woman is the neck". The home is for the two and the responsibilities of running it belongs to both.

My only problem is with some men who, despite the woman's contributions, don't respect their wives but throw all sorts of rubbish at them, chief among which is infidelity. Those are the men that should hide their faces in shame.

Ladies should be careful not to take this kind of advice because it's been known that men with this mindset usually have ulterior motive. Any lady that ends with a man who wanted a stay at home wife or a wife who wouldn't make significant contributions to the finances of the home stands higher chances of being cheated on and abused by the man. The greatest tool abusive men employ is to render their wives financially incapacitated or irrelevant. The man will see the house as his own and his own alone such that the wife will only be seen and not heard . That is not the kind of marriage i wish my unborn daughters or my sisters. I would want them to be in marriages where they can be respected for their impacts in the household, and not where they will be seen as second fiddles.

My elder sisters who are married are not second fiddles in their homes and that is why i can go to their houses and have peace of mind, and their husbands testify to how blessed they are to have them as wives.

Whoever that began that "end SARS" campaign is crazy!

If not for SARS eh, armed robbery and other violent crime would have been taken to extreme in this country. Using Enugu state as a case study, the crime rate in Enugu was so high prior to the coming of SARS. But now the fear of SARS is the begining of wisdom for any criminal in the state.

My only problem is that their activities seems to be restricted to only some states and regions. I am of this view because some states and cities in the country still have high crime rate yet SARS operatives are no where to be found in those places. Take for instance Benin city where some cultists and criminals still terrorize the people but no one seems to care. This makes me to wonder if the security agents only become very effective when they are posted to the southeast.

Which one is your "natural ego"? And the females don't have this same natural ego? Perhaps you are more comfortable with bruising the females' natural ego while keeping yours intact.

Hmmm humble truth.

I feel I could learn a lot from you. I have been wondering recently what could make women fall out of love with a husband despite all the care, love and spoiling.

Could it be boredom? Like they just get bored of the man, marriage and everything.

Could it be depression, mid-life crisis, sadness or other psychological issues?

Could it be that she just has an innate cheating gene and is eventually bound to cheat

Could it be coincidence, like she met someone who just happened to sweep her off her feet or she met a past lover who still kindles the past passions in her?

I know these issues are complicated and cannot be narrowed down as I have tried to do but kindly provide me a response from what you personally feel and experience.

Thanks a lot.

Questence
Did you miss the part where the op said he once cheated? Or you think women too don't get hurt when cheated on? The memory of what the man might be doing with other ladies behind closed doors is even enough to make a lady resent her cheating man. Some men have this attitude of cheating and rubbing it on their wife's face and they think that it is ok for them to cheat. Now the lie they peddle is that men cheat for fun while a cheating wife can even kill her man just to be with the man they cheat with. That's a baseless assumption to justify their irresponsible lives.

Hian! Isn't his wife one of the brightest? Yes, we girls can be dump when a guy sweet talk us but not totally...there's always a place to punch holes in your stories no matter how much lies you tell. A car dealer and a car wash guy can't maintain the same financial culture no matter how much the latter pretends. Haba!

Anyways, they said the story is a lie. The blogger is just a regular idat.
That's the problem. His wife is not academically sound. You know all those kind of students that "sort" their way through school and manage to graduate with 3rd class without knowing anything. No skills. Nothing!
My dear, just pray you don't meet a real scammer. He would even borrow money to put up a fake porsche lifestyle and you will be there thinking that you have hit a jackpot.
Family › Re: Lady Finds Out Her Husband Of 4 Months Is A Car Wash Boy And Not A Car Dealer by Jman06(m):
Lol... This reminds me of one of my cousins who tricked one pretty lady into marriage. He lied he was a business man and a student at the same time. He would carry one of his maternal uncle's cars and be pretending that he owns the car.
He was doing all sorts of fraudulent deals to make some cash on campus coupled with the money he dubiously obtained from his late dad. Nobody knew that he was never really a student since he was expelled right from year one because he forged the waec certificate he presented for admission. He continued the lies to the extent that when his courtmates went for service, he had to lie that he was serving in benue state .He even went as far as snapping piçs in NYSC uniforms and posting them online as if he was genuinely serving.
He later deceived that lady into marriage and it was after the marriage that the lies all began to get exposed. The guy had to resort to borrowing money from different people with sweet words of paying back later which he never did. He hád to sell a family land which was jointly owned with his step siblings. To make matters worse, he sold the land to two different buyers. His mother developed hypertension and died from the complications when the people he defrauded of their money began to make case with him.
Today that man is in the village with the lady and about 5 kids to feed. They are now living at the mercy of close relatives.
Some guys really know how to lie and unfortunately ladies fall for their lies.

Though i know the op may be lying but these things happen for real.

I would have sympathized with you but since you also cheated on her i think you deserve what you got.

Cheating men deserve cheating wives and i wish ladies will start paying back and not just sit back and suck up all the cheating by their men. You will be surprised how those men would go on defensive and stop cheating. But make sure you have a means of livelihood before you do that.

I don't think it's necessary boring. It's just that most medical doctors (including those in training) tend to hang around each other due to their tight schedules. It only makes sense they end up falling for each other. . they have little or no choice especially the females.
Don't mind them! Some People just sit in one corner and assume things. As if marrying someone from a different profession is a guarantee that the marriage won't be boring.
It is even better to marry from your profession so you can share ideas and grow together in the profession.
As for me, i am marrying a fellow pharmacist, my classmate at that. If it pains anybody let the person go and die.
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Open Letter To All First Class Graduates – "Dear First Class Graduates” by Jman06(m): 11:04pm On Nov 25, 2017
This is why i advise students to focus on acquiring knowledge and not just getting a first class. Knowledge is what stands you out. It is an entirely different thing from just carrying a first class degree certificate. Lecturers need to shift focus from examination to imparting knowledge.
The issue is that students focus on how to pass exams alone and they employ different strategies to just pass their exams and once exam is done and dusted, they forget everything.
Lecturers encourage this by giving out materials which the students are expected to reproduce in exam and woe betide a student who provides the same information from a different soure. So, students cram the lecture materials and just pour them without really understanding the course. That is the problem! Some of these first class graduates know next to nothing because of the way they were taught.

And the same parents dole out all the money to train their daughters? Is that what you mean? You think ladies don't also go through financial difficulties while in school? Even the lady who was the BGS at Mcpherson university's last convocation didn't have it all rosy while she was in school.

I am not ashamed of myself because i am doing fine both academically and otherwise. My concern is that most guys do more of chestbeating than real work these days and they end up achieving nothing.

What is happening to our guys nowadays? If you ask them now they will claim they are "hustling" in school, yet nothing to show for all "hustling".

When i read posts like this in an obituary thread, it makes me begin to wonder if the person that died is God 's arch enemy.

Death is an inevitable end of every human. It can come to anybody at any age. It is no particular person 's portion.
People should learn to seek proper medical attention anytime they fall sick. Some of these deaths are actually avoidable if only people take the right steps.

RIP to the dead.

It will be an interesting world and i will be watching with keen interest from yonder.

You dey mind am? So many immature people here forming.
When you're not rich, you tend to borrow character, but when there's money, there's this temptation that comes spontaneously from no where and pushes people to act. I know of a former colleague, who got married in 2008 and remained faithful till he got a super mega job at Globacom. From 75,000 monthly to 420,000 naira every 30 days. He didn't even know when he fell into this thing in 2013. He's a very strong Christian, but money pushed him.

You're right, that those that pretend may be doing so cos of financial challenges, whilst others may just be able to live above temptation.

Not all rich guys are cheats.

Some guys that gross between N200k to N500k monthly are still faithful and responsible. Yours truly falls into at category
I'll rather remain immature than being an infidel who can't stand by his words. So much for maturity!
