Please does anyone have any idea how a spouse scan apply for Polish visa? What type of visa will I apply for? How do I go about it?

What was the reason for the initial refusal?
Kate202:
PLEASE ADVISE ME ANYONE.

I was refused study visa on the 25th and I'm trying to reapply again and also tackle the reason for the denial. Please is this a good idea?

As long as your application is still under review

The documents you submitted and the SOP didn't reflect your intention of returning back to your home country you might want to work on that before reapplying
Malcolm07:
Hello to the gurus in the house.

Questions
i got this mail after applying for student visa . i would like to get an advice on what to do next

Thank you for your interest in studying in Canada. After careful review of your study permit
application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet
the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and
Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can
demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be
accompanied by a new processing fee

IRCC has its own rate but I prefer to use the black market rate
MizMyColi:
Please which exchange rate do the visa officers use, the Canada one or the black market one? Really need clarification on this.

Please Guru in the house, how can I pay for Canada Visa fee

Someone should please help me out
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by JMG12: 8:18am On Oct 26, 2023
Good morning,
What is the duration of his program, and how much is the tuition fee?
A 16-month course is equivalent to 2 years.
Yes, he could've done a deed of gift on the family property.
MizMyColi:
Thank you for this.
My bro was also denied for the same reasons.
1. He may not leave Canada at the end of the study due to no strong ties.
2. The money is insufficient without working
3. The money is won't be enough to transport him to and fro Canada.

He had 11 million in the account, with full school fees paid. We showed evidence of land sale for the bulk money.

My question is, for a single person like him, what else can he show that will prove strong ties.
We included a letter from his employer, but we did not include anything about the payment he gets because it is too small (about 70k). Should we have included it like that?

Please, experienced people in the house, advise on what we can do better.

Can he include our family properties even though they are not in his name? Is the 11 million too small for a 16 months course? Please help.
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by JMG12: 8:08pm On Oct 25, 2023
Yes that can also work
milroz:
Alright, let’s say he applies for his own alone using me his spouse as home ties, and his visa gets approved, can he apply for me before he lives the country? Will it be easy for me to get my own visa due to the fact that he used me as home ties?
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by JMG12: 8:07pm On Oct 25, 2023

TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by JMG12: 8:05pm On Oct 25, 2023
I understand your pain; visa refusal can have some temporary effect.
1. Did you say 4.5M? That is insufficient funds. you might want to work on your POF and assets.
2. Your home ties should outweigh the foreign ties you have
3. This might suggest the information you submitted did not indicate your intention to study temporarily in Canada. Emphasize on your return and show sufficient POF to cover your temporary stay, work on the sponsor's aspect
Stephanie33:
I've been crying since cos I was denied visa.. reason;
1: insufficient fund and asset
2; I have significant ties in Canada
3:the purpose of my travel is not consistent with a temporary stay in Canada with the details I provided...
My brother in-law who stays in Canada is my sponsor o and I applied with 4.5 million after payment of school fees... It's a 2yrs post baccalaureate program in human resources...
Pls, dear gurus, how do I re strategize everything..

Hello, either of you can be the principal applicant, or you can do it as you have suggested if he doesn't have strong home ties. Home ties can be employment, family, and relationships, and properties are also assets. These are the things that can likely compel you to come back home.
milroz:
Please I have a question, my hubby wants to apply for masters at Canada, we are both young, in our 20’s got married this year june. Can he use himself as sponsor? He’s a freelance Software Designer. We are also confused on whether we should apply for visa together, that’s me being his dependent or he should apply first then I apply later based on using me as home ties to get his own visa approved. I don’t really know how much the home ties works, if this will be cool or not. And is it also easy to apply for your spouse to join you when you’re there already?
I need advice please 🙏🙏

Let her look out for colleges instead of university
FavRicc:
Hello Seniors,

My friend studied Microbiology, which related course can she apply for masters. She’s currently working as nurse and most of the school's are demanding for too many documents for msc in nursing.

What related course and school can she apply to probably with low tuition deposit?

What were the supporting documents that were submitted with the first application?
1. Here is the link https://gcms-notes.ca/order/
i. https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do (you will need someone in Canada to assist you with it; the person will pay about $5)
2. You don't need to apply for admission again if the first one was deferred
3. Yes, you can still apply as a family
4. Follow up with the admission and come back for the documentation but it is awhole lot

This is not fake statement, fake statement doesn't come with refusal but procedural fairness letter (PFL)

Did you use a fake bank statement or you have been refused visa before and did not indicate ?

TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by JMG12: 9:45pm On Oct 23, 2023
Reading through what you shared
1. Anyone can be the principal applicant, but if you are applying as the principal applicant you need to cover for the study gap
2. Both accounts should be built
3. No, it is not a red flag, so go ahead with the court registry
Fiyincious:
Dear bosses, pls i need advise on how best to approach Canada with fam. Either by me applying for masters or wife applying for a diploma.

My timeline is 1 year.
I intend to start planning and taking steps from now from whatever we might need.

I'm a freelancer but i have a registered biz name /account that has been active with inflows along the years.
I plan to start keeping funds for this travel purpose for Fall program 2024.

I,m 38 (experienced worker but nw freelancer) Wife is 25 (just through with NCE a year ago), we have a year and half old child.

My question are-

(1)Who is best to be the primary applicant? (to study abroad)

(2)Whose account should we build?

(3)Doing court registry this month oct 2023 now. Will this be mature enough to apply for study visa as married couple or will be suspicious as issued in less than a year ahead of Winter or fall program 2024)

Pls advice

I will suggest you shouldn't be hasty in your decision or make one out of the prevailing economic situation; don't decide without thinking about the consequences, there is always a way out.
Favouralltheway:
So I got approval for study permit; it has also been stamped on my passport.
Now I don’t want to proceed for the study anymore reason being that the spike in exchange rate has messed me up.

I have paid $10,000 tuition which is non refundable except if your visa is denied.

Please guys, as they’ve already approved my visa, is there a way to email IRCC for them to revoke the visa approval so I can get my tuition deposit back.

The money I have left cannot cover my balance of tuition which is $10,000 not to talk of accommodation and living expenses.
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by JMG12: 9:30pm On Oct 23, 2023
Sorry about the study visa refusal, I will ask these few questions
1. What is the duration of the program and tuition fee?
2. What is the size of your family?
3. How much did you show as POF?
4. Did you show any assets?
Biomick:
Please Gurus in the house, My wife just got a refusal for her study permit and the only reason is attached.

I am the sponsor and i suspect the funds in my account wasnt enough due to the rising exchange rate or so.

please what can you advise. do we have to start the whole application again from scratch?

Sorry about your study visa refusal, knowing the psychological effect. Not submitting your bank statement was where the problem lies, despite your company's account having such a huge sum. Your bank statement is also proof of financial stability. Don't rush to reapply; critically analyze the situation before applying.
oasmart:

You don't need an English proficiency test; if the school state it as a requirement for Nigerians, look for other schools in other province
Mosunmolade:
Please, I need someone input here
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by JMG12: 4:28pm On Oct 22, 2023
You don't need IELTS for the study route; as complicated as your case, the study gap needs to be accounted for, as well as the funds
BeatThaMeat:
Boss Zubi I’ve gotten a problem I guess I have explained it on this platform but nobody seems to even get it! Please I’d like to contact you privately I’d be willing to pay for your services. Cos I think because most people on here think people are not serious and they just skip post .

The problem is that I’ve got a Waec 2008/2009 and secondly I do not have a university degree I’m going for an undergraduate diploma program in business

Since 2017 I’ve been trading crypto, when I got on this platform I read a few and I decided to build my account ! I have been building my account up since last year so I have gotten more than enough for the 2 years fees and also I am willing to buy the GIC certificate.

Now the problem is how do I explain the proof of funds . Someone said I need to contact a person who has a company I’ve a family friend who has a venture.

Now the problem is how is this person going to help me considering the fact that I don’t have a bsc and it’s just a Waec and I left school a long time ago, what are the right step to take.

Please I am serious and not joking sir. I’m willing to write IELTS and Duolingo I have been studying for that please I want you to help me bro !
