Sorry about your study permit refusal knowing the psychological effect, I will keep on saying this there is a condition for sponsorship don't think your dad shows a company account for such an amount it means he has a sufficient amount, don't be surprised after his company's expenditure that money can be reduced to less than a million after company expenditure. Your program is 4 years POF supposed to be 122K CAD by standard, even if you are not showing all that amount still show a reasonable sum of money and part of these funds should also be available in your account. The VO think it is just for demonstration purpose. Refire don't give up it will end in congratulations soon.

I got another refusal letter today due to financial reasons. Although I had applied for the first time earlier in august then after two weeks they refused me stating I didn’t provide a written document that I’ve been accepted into the designated institution which is not true because I submitted my LOA sent from u of r. I’ll have the refusal file attached.
So after 2 weeks of the first refusal I rewrote my sop and then reapplied and made sure I wasn’t making a mistake of not uploading my LOA and other of my documents.
I reapplied on the 5th of September and got a response from the IRCC today 12th of October stating I’ve been refused due to financial reasons which wasn’t their reason for refusing me earlier in august but now is.
Duration of study: 4 years
Tuition fee: 20,500 yearly
Proof of funds: 48m
Total credit: 96m
Tuition deposit: 500CAD paid
Part of tuition fee of 2,000CAD was paid.
My dad is my sponsor using his company account. Every other documents needed to back it up such as landed properties, company certificate and so on, was submitted alongside.
Please note that I paid a part of my tuition fee after the first refusal which wasn’t for financial reasons.
Please I need you all advice on this how is it financial reasons when it wasn’t from the start.
I’ll attach the first and second refusal letter accordingly.

Also please my people can I apply for a gcms note for my previous refusal earlier in august.

How do I request for a gcms note as well thank you 🙏

Yes, he can use both accounts to sponsor you, but a corporate account comes with a lot of documentation. You should be able to display financial stability for you and your dad also don't submit your application without your statement of account, there should be reasonable funds in your account.

Hello, from the information you have shared, you don't have sufficient funds, your mom having a closing balance of 23M doesn't mean she will sponsor you with all those funds, I have always stated there are conditions to sponsorship. Work on your finances, don't leave out assets and home ties

my proof of funds section is like this
1. my mother is my main sponsor had 23m pls as her closing balance
2. I had 4 million plus which was gifted to me by my sister and family member I attached my deed of gift
3. the company I work for wrote a letter with letter stating that they would be paying 35% of the annual tuition fee.
4. I also have cash of 1,200usd which I did not really add as my pof
pls note that the tuition fee is 20,500 but the school only requires a deposit of 500cad which I paid.

The immigration rejecting applications as you have been informed is wrong, as a 3rd class graduate that is what you are qualified to do in Canada, kindly go for a program related to your 4 years of working experience, and when you get to Canada you can change to IT related program

What canadian schools will for sure accept a third class for a postgraduate/graduate diploma/certifiicate, i reached out to fanshawe and i was told they dont accept third class except for college certifcate and diploma, but i heard immigration is likely to reject visa application for a college certificate/diploma..

With such a CGPA you qualify for a Postgraduate diploma and not a master's program except if you want to go through a potential supervisor getting their attention is not an easy task.

Many people have had issues using investment certificates because the date of liquidation might not correspond with the date you will arrive. Even if the investment company states that the investment can be liquidated anytime some still have issues with it, so you might want to avoid that and use a regular statement of account instead

I believe you can read and comprehend my comment! embassies send the statement you submit back to the bank "Does this statement originate from the bank" The bank checks the statement with the closing balance and responds either a YES or a NO. In cases where people still get approved after taking out the money simply means either the account has been verified or the account was not verified, so as an applicant you won't want to risk it would you?

Don't give wrong info they only verify if the Statement of account is genuine and not asking what's your present balance. People print their statement of account and withdraw some money. Yet they still get visa

I can only give a range for the tuition fee because this is depend on the institution and program 10,000cad to 20,000cad, airfare depend on the date of travel

If the acct has been verified before the money was taken out then you don't have to worry if you know for sure the account has been verified, but if the account has not been verified then the money was taken out and they send a message or call for verification, just be expecting PFL

IRCC will not look out for that the company can use any means to make your tuition fee payment, what is more important is for you to state it in your SOP that the tuition fee has been paid by your company and in their affidavit of support/sponsor they should state it likewise in the letter of sponsorship and the board resolution letter.

Good day my people, please I want to ask this. I'm using my company's statement of account as my POF to show that they are responsible for my tuition only. However, my first semester tuition will be paid by my boss' friend who's in the US and will not reflect in the statement of account that a withdrawal was made for my school fee.

My question is how do I convince IRCC that my company is paying my fees when the statement of account did not show that a withdrawal was made for that purpose?
