If you use an agent are you the one receiving message from IRCC? if yes then you will get the notices if there is an update but in absence of that i suggest you wait and prepare for deferment because you can't meet up

He should show a statement of the account receipt and invoice of transactions and also in the sponsorship letter state the amount he has set aside to sponsor your temporary stay.

I want to use my dad as my sponsor for my visa study permit application, he is a businessman. He does not have a CAC certificate but has a good account. I will like to ask the gurus in the house if not adding a CAC docs to my financial documents might affect my application negatively ?

No it will not be an issue, their traveling document will still be valid but you need to come up with a convincing story incase you are ask at POE

Hello, have they decided on the route to use? this thread is for the study route only. If they decide to use the study route then the first thing to do is apply to schools to get admission before the study permit

The sponsor closing balance is not for you, the amount which you state your sponsor will be using to sponsor, that is what you should add to whatever you have. except you are telling the VO that your sponsor is using the entire money in his account to sponsor you which is a red flag

changing sponsor doesn't guarantee your chance just get the condition right for sponsorship before reapplying

WES icap that is the evaluation you should do, it will cost that figure you mentioned. If you want them to send to any school within the US. you will have to pay for the delivery/post fee

I googled and it said a WES course-by-course evaluation cost $163, and a document-by-document evaluation costs $102.

Yes, it is possible there are two types of admission schools Conditional and non-conditional admission. It will be stated in your LOA, that colleges give conditional admission while for Universities it is left for the team to decide on that. But if you still want to make a payment you can go ahead with it

Yes, you are safe It simply means your application has been stayed too long hence they need an updated statement with this current exchange rate, to check if you have a sufficient amount. Just make sure the amount in that account is more than the initial amount.

In the IMM form you should state the amount reserved for your stay in Canada and not the sponsor's closing balance, if you state the sponsor's closing balance it means he/she is giving you all the money in the account which can't be true even if the sponsor is your parents.

Hello Lolone, as stated 4-6 months is the required statement I want to believe the account already have history so that can make up for the 4 months, when the money drop in your account then you can use it explain to the VO about the money and probably show evidence such as contract document or just anything to back it up.
