Yes, you can be given 10yrs visiting visa, it is called multiple entry which means you don't need to reapply for visa again, but it is the decision of the border officer to give you the time to stay the country, he/she can give you 3months or 2weeks, which means despite a visa of 10yrs you are given 2 weeks or 3 months to stay in the country, and come back again if you feel like it.

For courier you don't appointment, but if you are in Lagos i will suggest you go to their office and use the courier close to the office it is faster that way

Write to the school or call them that you have sent your passport for stamping but waiting for it to be returned you can also send a screenshot of the tracking id message if they still remain silent, then kindly accept to defer it will not accept the passport stamping, you are only deferring the admission not declining it

Greetings Everyone, I have a challenge and I need your best advice to fix this, I recently got my PPR and I've sent my passport to VFS for Stamping but today I noticed my Admission has been revoked all in the name of Visa Delay Condition by the school even though I paid the First Semester tuition fees but they want me to defer admission to September 2024.
And also I have uploaded my Visa Request Letter On the Ocas portal but no response yet.

What is the best approach to tackle this?

Secondly won't this affect my PPR since I have revoked admission and my Passport is yet to be stamped?

Why do you think the visa was refused? You might be making same mistake again by rushing to send another application, kindly settle and analyze it or request for gcms note "moving fast on the wrong lane lead to nowhere"

Please if one gets a refusal and applies 4 days later is there a possibility of approval.
We are shocked at the refusal. But want to re apply with update on full payment of first semester fees and updated POF

Is there hope of approval before September classes resume

He'll get a new password incase his job offer comes through so he can apply for work visa himself

If the agent is refusing to bend to him. Let him get a new passport then submit it for stamping, he should initiate the linking of the portal as directed. Cut the agent off, but make sure the new passport get to the ircc before the due date. Let him start all process immediately and send pic to the agent when he arrive in Canada.

There is no way he will get a ban for not submitting his passport, failure to submit your passport upon request simply means you are no longer interested and your application will be declined. The agent is blabbing about that

Hello, I just saw this thread been planning to start a thread about Japan, for business class people mostly people who are into spare parts, electronic etc that was my aim, but now that I have seen this thread I will contributed to it. I think one easy way to enter Japan is to apply for Japanese language, you can chose 1yr, 1yr and 8months, and 2yrs etc.

Yes but make such the POF is sufficient for the entire family
Example: if the POF for the principal applicant is 20M, because the husband will be her dependent then the total POF will increase to maybe 25M or 30M, just do the maths

Yes that is what you should do apply to another province. Please try to avoid the French province they have a different entry document you will need from the govt to apply for study permit, your offer letter alone is not enough. You can request for your gcms note

That agent is misleading, you can pay on installment but you will have to complete the full payment before the deadline, for conditional admission, you must fulfil all conditions as stated on the offer letter to get a space in the program. In this case your 5000cad is not up to the required amount as stated on the offer letter. The VO will spot this which is a red flag. So if you can't afford it tell the agent you will not be accepting the admission he should another school
I don't know why some agents apply to such school for their clients.

I want to ask a disturbing question.
I got admission into Algoma university and in the conditional offer, I am to pay a huge sum.
I related with my agent letting him know I cannot afford that money before the payment deadline because it was more than expected. The school demanded 11500cad as initial deposit and I can only afford 5000cad at the moment due to exchange rate wahala.
He said I can go ahead to initiate the payment and he will work on it with the school to get the unconditional offer as they always know what to do. That the major decision lies with the officials issuing visa documents and not mainly the school as you can pay the full fee and still get denied a visa.
I am very confused now because I can see the school stated it that the main condition for acceptance is the initial deposit as that is what grants the offer for a place in the school.
Please what should I do at this crossroad ?
Has anyone been in this kind of situation? How do I go about it please

Somethings was found the application, it will be stated on the letter and also they will give time for the applicant to respond to it, if not it will result to 5yrs ban. All these will be stated on the procedural fairness letter.
