Hello Fulani, why the rush to change school? kindly get to Canada register as a student before you can change program or institution

I intend to change school when i get to canada in September. The issue now is that i just aplied to another school for January intake so i dont have another letter of admission yet. I intend to voluntary withdraw from U of M then go to another province as my uncle is there. I was reading IRCC website and i just want to ask if theres any penalty i should be aware of like do i need permission from U of Manitoba for authorised leave,and will it affect my study permit cause my uncle is worried it would?pls help my flight is in a few days.

Hello Adeshe, since your program is F 2024, and you have been denied visa before, you can prepare yourself by researching more on the process then apply Jan 2024

The only available start date is September 2024 for Mohawk college. I need advise on when it will be a a good time to re-start processing the visa application for the September intake. My first semester fees have been paid which is roughly 10,000 Cad. Given that i will be going with my husband and 18 month old son what would you advise is a good amount for POF.

Hello Ikenna, sorry about your study permit refusal, the visa office was not convinced on the reason for your father sponsoring you hence your study permit was refused, there are conditions for sponsorship even if it your parent that is sponsoring you. Estimated time for GCMS note is 1 month

WES evaluation is not a prerequisite for all schools, if it is you won't be given admission as such it will not affect your nonimmigrant visa, since you already have admission

I submitted my application since 3/5/2023, the acknowledgement of my application shows that I have a valid biometric. This was done when applied for visiting visa but was refused then.

Up till now I have not receiving medical request. The status is just showing we are processing your application, we will send you message if there is an update or if we need more information from you.

My resumption is Sept, am really worried now. Please any helpful advise. Is there any this I need to do.

2. with the way thing are slow with ircc, you can't meet up if your resumption date is 6th of sept. It might take 1 month before you will your stamp passport and eligibility letter to enter Canada
