Hmmmmm... the first time i took the test i knew the result already cos i have been EXTREMELY careful. and i take the test regularly like every 3 months. But the first time i took hepatitis test... i was very scared cos my doc friend told me Hepatitis is worse than HIV. Thank God the result came out negative for hep b & c.

An Hiv carrier can live long as long as he or she is taking the viral drugs but Hepatitis infected death is instantaneous... One of my former company driver died of hepatitis... he was sick and within a week he was dead.... Well, we went in search of an apartment is Surulere, o boy!!! e no easy at all!!!!!!!!!! if you the see the room space some landlords rent out as bedrooms...hmmm... i was surprised and angry. what about the amount? ridiculous amount for one pot hole that after you put your bed, there's no space to walk around in the room ....

I thank God that i found an agent living very close to my house. He was the only agent that took us to about 7 houses on a Saturday and the last apartment we saw that day, immediately i fell in love with it. It was exactly what i wanted. The landlady collected a years rent. The compound has a big parking space, its very clean, 2 pumping machines & 2 tanks( one for the landlord and tenants) and has 2 tenants.

I vowed never to live in the same house where the landlord resides but this landlady no get whala unlike the former place where the landlord has key to pumping machine and will only pump water whenever he likes.....

Op please if you have a better a offer and u have the letter of the new employer with you. Pleaseeeeeeee..... Give your employer a.months notice to avoid unnecessary suits .... Some employers are evil and they can go to any length to destroy your career.

UPGRADING OF MEMBERSHIP:

The completion of the qualifying examinations will qualify a member to be a Graduate member of the Institute (Grad.ICSAN)

ICSAN Graduate members are required to upgrade their membership to Associate cadre (ACIS). Download an Associateship Application Form for your completion and return or visit the Secretariat to obtain the Associateship Application Form.

Below are the criteria for upgrading to Associateship and Fellowship grades:

Associates should be at least twenty-one years of age or over and

1. Have passed and possess certificate of the final examinations of the Institute and other recognized academic/professional qualifications.

2. Have a minimum of three (3) years work experience.

3. Ensure that the Associateship Application form is properly completed and signed by the appropriate referees.

4. Attach copies of credentials, including ICSAN Graduateship Certificate.

5. Enclose detailed Curriculum Vitae and letters of reference from present and previous employers (if applicable).

6. Ensure that they are financially up-to-date with the Institute.

7. Ensure active participation in the Institutes Programmes/activities (at least 2programmes, e.g. MCPE and Conference).

Fellows should be at least twenty-five years of age or above and

1. Provide a proof that they have worked for at least Ten (10) years and on a ‘Senior Management Position’ for a minimum of 3 years out of the 10 years working experience.

2. Ensure that the Fellowship Application form is properly completed and signed by the appropriate referees.

3. Attach copies of credentials, including certificate of the final examinations of the Institute, other recognized academic/professional qualifications and ICSAN Associateship Certificate.

4. Enclose detailed Curriculum Vitae and letters of reference from present and previous employers (if applicable).

5. Ensure they are financially up-to-date with the Institute. That annual subscription and other payments must have been made as and when due during the last 3 (three) years preceding the application.

6. Ensure active participation in the Institutes Programmes/activities.

Pursuant to ensuring active participation; applicant must have met the following attendance:-

1. Category One: Annual General Meeting or Annual Conference (at least 2(two) of either within the last 3 years preceding the application.

2. Category Two: MCPE, Roundtable, Workshops, Seminars or training Programmes (at least 2 of any within the last 3 years preceding the application.

No need to hide, in my marriage, I am experiencing such now. I know sex before marriage is bad, but while I was dating my wife, we collaboed some times and she was the one asking for it and reluctantly I give in as I love her so much.

Okay we got married and have kids and its 7 years now, from the 3rd year, its been a lot of ‘black out’, she doesn’t fancy sex. I know we are busy and we have to work to keep two kids going but I feel we can’t forget we married each other.

How exactly does one describe a situation where a whole month or even two has gone by without the hands of a man and his wife even do so much as mistakenly touching each other? I recently stumbled on a survey that suggested that an estimated 15% of marriages become sexless about the second to the third year of its existence. This implies that intimacy between such married couples has reduced to less than10 times per year. Shocking!

During the early phase of a marriage, many couples would barely be able to keep their hands off each other. Unfortunately, this blissful state seems not to last for too long. This appears to be a common struggle among working class couples that try to balance their busy schedule with parenting and intimacy. While no two couple are exactly the same, the most common scenario looks to be that these couples maintain a very strong emotional connection and even remain best friends. They love one another, but they just don’t feel that sexual spark that was felt in the beginning anymore.

Experts have identified two main culprits responsible for a sexual collapse in marriages: neglecting physical intimacy and not accepting each other’s differences.

Women are often more guilty of neglecting physical intimacy- we are natural multi-taskers who have endless ‘to- do-list’ and we find it extremely hard to set aside our worries of the day. It implies that, ‘to be sexual, we must think and feel sexual too’. It is important that we declutter our mental state to allow for a worthwhile sexual experience.

The second issue is that we often view sexless marriage problem as our partner’s issue or perhaps even fault, instead of regarding the problem as that of the couple. We must also remember that we have different needs as two separate genders and while one person is just fine with deep friendship, another will want deep intimacy as well.

It is important to understand that a sexless marriage is a very vulnerable marriage. Asides from the fact that sex promotes the flow of oxytocin, the hormone that promotes the feelings of bonding, sex also makes the marriage fun and strong. Couples in a sexless marriage, no matter how close must feel something missing deep within.

What is the solution then to catch and get hold of sex that threatens to slowly creep out of one’s bedroom? Couples can learn to re-wire their brains and psyche to recreate and experience more emotional and sexual closeness. Practical ways of mending the wall of sexless marriage include: Boosting up physical affection such as holding hands, hugging and touching; Resolving conflicts skilfully, as lingering or unsettled disputes can affect a couples sex life; putting the marriage relationships before career, finances and even young children; spending time with one another.
Conclusively, talking about the sexless state of the marriage and reaching a conclusion to make good effort is a very vital solution.
