I want the focus of the thread kept aright and not running with people who asslick an England international when in fact we have SE players doing it at that same moment of focus on our lads.

The way you asslick the foreign born Naija lads is funny. You always speak for them as if they are all right and Nigeria is always all wrong. That says a lot about you man. You've been served.

I for one don't always agree with quite a few hear. I find myself opposed to Icon4s, BascoVanVeli and TheGoodJoe on many occasions. But we don't get into a vendetta of hostile words and contention.

From the outset, many monikers including me stated that this team won't win this tournament. They lack many things. Speaking of standout individuals was only pointing out the positives.

The team have genuine potentials and in those key standout players lay the team's best hopes. But whether it was going to be enough depended on the coach and the players themselves. Sometimes, talent takes you far... But at other times, talent is outwitted when not properly coached, channelled and utilised the best way.


And you cannot say it as it is when you never really saw enough of the team. That your saying it as it is, is you just blowing hot air without an idea of what the team is actually all about.
