I won't be surprised if it's true. Maybe we should just go for FB everything (coaches) because a few of us can be trusted haha. We are useless. tbaba1234: The gist is that coaches are being paid to play certain players at the expense of others. For instance, the top scorer, Devine Nwachukwu and Omidiji have started from the bench. Their introduction in the first game saved Nigeria's blushes but nothing changed in the second game.
So we are benching better players for those that settled. That is the gist anyway. |

Just a couple days ago I went for my PVC registration. You wouldn’t imagine that the INEC officials connived with the primary school gateman to collect money from people so they would be registered ahead of others. My brother, it’s terrible. Modified But let me not leave us without telling the full story. One of the officials complained that they have not been paid their salaries for months, arguing that they are also humans. And for those of us who consider the Bible our Scripture for guidance, the good book says we should do our work like we are working for God and not man. That says it all tbaba1234: Corruption has eaten so deep into the system. People claim to be religious but commit terrible acts of corruption. It is not just the political leadership, it goes down to the lowest strata in society. In fact, the person who tries to do the right thing is seen as an enemy of progress.
People will then go to their places of worship to do thanksgiving for stolen wealth. |

Please, does anyone have any video of Rohr collect8ng bribe for the World Cup? If your brother is caught stealing, does that make you a thief?
I don't know the narrative some people are now trying to spin that somebody said something and was harassed. The somebody is now here shouting about World Cup selections as if Salisu was caught collecting bribe to field Idowu.

I'm sure you will find some Germans that accept them fully, just as you would find some Nigerians that would not accept them fully because they were not born in Nigeria. It's a people problem. tbaba1234: It is so sad to see what is happening with Ozil.
The western world does not really accept immigrants or children of immigrants from other parts of the world. When you win , you are German. When you lose, you are Turkish.
With all the achievements for Germany, it is so sad that he is treated like that. All these German-Nigerians waiting for German call-up, I hope, they can see that they might never be fully accepted no matter how german, they are. |

Sir just say you alone can be that person. komekn: No they are not and probably don't even know where to start.
He is not coaching them so what does he need a UEFA A grade badge to do.
This is about engagement continous consistent relationship with honesty and openness.
There is no EPL academy without a good percentage of Nigerian origin players.
But across all the leagues you will find Nigerian origin players.
This requires someone who is in England it's not a holiday trip. It's literally a full time job. Without an investment thier is no return.
Ademola Lookman went from Sunday football not even non league semi pro to the EPL in barely three years. How many other players are there like him ❓
Looking for outstanding talent is really uncovering what the mainstream clubs have over looked for whatever reason.
What our guys do is get into relationship with agents and players in academies and really don't do any real legwork. So what become more important is not your performance but your club and agent. That's juat laziness.
Then there are the boys who are in academies who may or may not ever make it to the first team.
Playing in an Academy is mostly indicative not conclusive. Barely 76% of academy players end up playing professional football. That should tell you something.
In reality there are more boys going up to professional football than those who went through the academy route. That's a bewildering statistic.
Building relationships is not an Oga and my boy approach particularly in England, that will not work.
You need someone with genuine passion and a desire to get the best players not the best deal for self interest.
However, maybe I am dreaming is that possible in our country today. To pursue the IDEAL before the deal. You tell me. |

Aigbogun Follows Rohr’s Diaspora Recruitment Style
By Editor - July 14, 2018 Youth national team, Flying Eagles head coach, Paul Aigbogun has taken a leaf from the style of Super Eagles technical adviser, Gernot Rohr, in calling up players of Nigerian origin who were born abroad. With Rohr having made a success of such recruitments with Tyronne Ebuehi, Bryan Idowu and Ola Aina, after consolidating on the earlier arrivals of Carl Onuoha Ikeme, Leon Aderemi Balogun and William Troost-Ekong, Aigbogun is now following suit with the under-20 squad.
Aigbogun confirmed as much, as he disclosed that he recently held talks with players of Nigerian descent when he visited England last month and urged them to switch their national team allegiances.
The Enyimba of Aba coach, who disclosed that he was in England to renew his papers as a British citizen, said he met with some youth team players of various top clubs, who are eligible to feature for his side.
Aigbogun, who is in Mauritania for the first leg tie of the 2019 African U-20 Nations Cup final round of qualifiers, said positive talks were held with players of Nigerian descent while he was in England.
He recounted: “I met a couple of players who are eligible for England and also Nigeria. They are within the age limit require for my team and we had positive talks about a switch of allegiance to Nigeria.
“They are willing to play for Nigeria and some of them would have been in my squad for the Mauritania game but it’s pre-season time and most of them will be involved with the first team.
“Aside playing for the youth teams of top clubs in England, they have what we think we lack at that moment in the team but that doesn’t mean an automatic shirt for them. They have to come here and slug it out with the lads we have in camp.”

Thank u sir Icon4s: Those guys with white wrapper are already proven ritualists or cultists.
The Fulani man with an AK-47 is already a proven Killer.
The bottom line is if you do not have any proof or indications that a group of players are age cheats then you cannot label them as such.
I, for now, take the MRI thing seriously and will continue to defend the ages of Manu and Amuneke's boys because of the very high level of accuracy of the MRI. As a scientist I take to recognition any device with over 90% accuracy or efficiency.
So until, another theory comes up that the MRI is not as accurate as proposed after all, I will continue to believe in the accuracy of its results. |

@bolded, fine. Commenting on what you do not know is different from assuming that because you did not witness it firsthand in other leagues, it does not happen. You of all people should be the one telling us that since you witness these things, there is a likelihood it also happens elsewhere. It’s illusory on your part to say we are all speaking based on hearsay. Some of us here know agents who have clients plying their trades in other leagues. Should we not also respect their opinions? Sir you are not the only one who know Nigerians players on Europe personally. Your OPINIONS are noted though. komekn: If I'm talking about players struggling for multiple reasons. If I'm talking about English leagues and it's football players and from a standpoint of knowledge not just hearsay or the media . But in most cases from first direct contact.
I don't have that same level of rapport with regards to the Bundesliga, Seria A and or La Liga. Would it not be sheer stupidity for me to comment. Or do you want me to be like you guys relying on hearsay and media stories.
At no time have I said that the challenges that players face for instance, manager player relationship break downs or contention is unique to England.
So where on earth are you getting this deduction from see the bold. |

Celtic end pursuit of former Hull City defender Moses OdubajoThe former City man is currently training with BrentfordBY WILLIAM JACKSON 09:11, 4 JUL 2018 https://xmzakybrpfdyffo7gzjps2jg3bzm45rlpjqfbcar6gwgue6niv2q.cdn.ampproject.org/ii/w680/s/i2-prod.hulldailymail.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/article1298715.ece/ALTERNATES/s615/32713250JPG.jpgFormer Hull City defender Moses Odubajo will not be joining Celtic this summer, according to reports in Scotland. After rejecting a new contract to stay at the KCOM Stadium this summer, Odubajo flew out to Austria to meet up with Brendan Rodgers at Celtic’s high altitude pre-season training camp. The Celtic boss openly admitted to being a big fan of the right-back and watching his progress closely before picking up the knee injury that would strike off the next two years of his professional career, with his last competitive appearance coming in the 2016 Championship play-off win over Sheffield Wednesday. However, despite holding talks with the 24-year-old, the Scottish champions will not be pursuing a deal to sign Odubajo this summer, according to the Scottish Sun. In an effort to keep fit during the summer season, Odubajo has been pictured in training with his former club Brentford whilst he continues his search for a new club, where he spent one season before joining the Tigers for a fee of around £3.5million. The defender went on to play a pivotal role in City's promotion campaign of 2015/16, making 42 appearances along the way, before picking up the debilitating knee injury. —HullDailyMail |
