Sir I am begging for your 35-man list Icon4s: Don't forget that Simon and Musa are even fringe players.
Give Kalu and Olayinka opportunity to do what? Bench Moses and Iwobi?
Please they are supplus to our requirements for now. |

It seems Bursaspor new coach, Mustafa Er, prefers Shehu to Agu. Agu spent the game in bench, while Shehu was in action from start to finish in their 4-1 win at Karabuk. |

Bursaspor relegated? Actually ANS says
Rohr's Favorite Player Troost-Ekong Is Demoted At Bursaspor Ahead Of World Cup Published: April 21, 2018 Rohr's Favorite Player Troost-Ekong Is Demoted At Bursaspor Ahead Of World CupDanger may be looming for the Super Eagles less than two months before their first game at the 2018 World Cup after one of the central defenders certain to be named in the starting line-up was demoted by his Turkish club.
The player in question is none other than Bursaspor's William Troost-Ekong, who was named in the match day squad against Karabukspor but remained an unused substitute for the second consecutive game.
Troost-Ekong is now behind West Brom linked Turkey U21 star Ertuğrul Ersoy and Cristian Chagas Tarouco in the pecking order of central defenders at Bursaspor.
The Super Eagle's new role on the bench has coincided with the dismissal of French coach Paul Le Guen, who approved his signing from Gent in July 2017.
Nigeria manager Gernot Rohr has so much faith in Troost-Ekong as he is the only player to have started and completed every single game, thirteen in total including the World Cup qualifier vs Algeria, since the German was appointed coach.
The former Netherlands youth international was surprisingly given the captain's armband for the Super Eagles pre-World Cup friendly against Poland last month ahead of senior players Victor Moses and Joel Obi.
In the current season, the former Tottenham Hotspur youth-teamer has started 25 games from a possible 30 in the Turkish Super Lig, logging 2,198 minutes in the process.

TURKEY: Super Lig - Round 30
Forgotten Super Eagles forward, Aminu Umar, helped Osmanlispor with two assists after coming on in the 71st minute, to put the game beyond Genclerbirligi 0-3. The first assist was a well delivered cross which met Adrien Regattin in the 74th minute. The 26 year old Moroccan midfielder took his time to convert Osmanlispor's second of the day. Umar's second assist was a defense-splitting pass from just outside the 18 to find Serdar Gurler. The Turk cleverly tucked the ball in despite a deflection. |

GERMANY: Bundesliga - Round 31
Everton loanee, Ademola Lookman was in action for Liepzig in Red Bull Arena as they fell woefully to visiting Hoffenheim 2-5. German-Nigerian central defender, Kevin Akpoguma was in action for the visitors throughout the duration of the encounter. Hoffenheim and Liebzig are now placed 5th and 6th, respectively, in the Bundesliga log.
Noah-Joel Sarenren-Bazee's Hannover fell to Bundesliga champs Bayern Munich 0-3 at home. Sarenren started from the bench and was introduced in the 64th minute of the encounter. |

Okay Ighalo has silenced some of us saying we don't have good headers in the team. Not too long ago, Ogu also scored with a header. We've also seen Musa and Victor Moses make crosses for assists lately.. But what we are still asking for is stiffer competition. let the Olayinkas etc bring it to camp. By so doing, we will not only make the build up to Russia fierce in camp, but also be taking the first step to integrating the likes of Kalu for the future. BascoVanVeli: Ighalo was rated a perfect 10 by whoscored 4 shots and 4 goals. His goals were in the order of Pk, right foot, left foot and header. |

I'm waiting for your 35 man list. Icon4s: Even with Onyekuru and his brilliant club performances last season, who has he benched in the SE? Maybe Isaac Success who was even never really considered as a serious candidate.
Onyekuru's chance of making the final 23 is even slim. So why would Rohr invite Kalu and Olayinka?
The thing is we don't need those players for now. If they were CFs now I would say they have a chance.
Let them keep playing and let's see if they can raise their club performances next season. The future is there's if they continue doing good. |

Sergio Aguero has been ruled out by the Argentina Football Association doctor, Homero D’Agostino from playing at the oncoming FIFA World Cup due to his knee injury.
The doctor doubts the 29-year-old will be fully fit for the World Cup, with Argentina opening their campaign in Russia on June 16 against Iceland.
Aguero had undergone an arthroscopy after aggravating a knee problem during their derby defeat to rivals Manchester United.
Aguero was listed in the PFA Premier League Team of the Year after scoring 30 times in all competitions for newly crowned champions City. |

modified Sounds like something Tammy would later say without a reference to the old red carpet tbaba1234: Ola Aina:
“A World Cup at 21, that would be a big achievement,”
“To be in the squad would be a blessing. I’ve just got to work hard here to secure a place and leave a good impression every time. It would be a honour.
“I get the same pride representing Nigeria, probably a little bit more, just because it’s closer to my origins. It’s deeper if you know what I mean.
“I was honoured to play for England but as of now I’m super honoured to play for Nigeria. It’s a big nation and a privilege to play for them.”
“I played for England when I was younger and by the time I was 19 and 20 it had started to plateau a little bit,”
“I wasn’t getting selected as much and Nigeria have always been knocking on the door from an early age. That’s my ethic origin and at the time I just thought I need to play for Nigeria. England wasn’t there so I just had to pick Nigeria. And it felt right, you know?
“I think it’s the right decision for me. I enjoy it every time I go away. It’s a good bunch of lads and coaching staff. It’s always a good experience for me.” |

I got u. So there was no point making reference to the past comparing both keepers. Akpeyi has had his chances again and again. Maybe he doesn’t have much confidence because of where he plighs his trade. At the end of the day, we’d have to choose the better devil. Martz101: Our problem here is understanding, I'm clamouring for both of them to be called up and tested out and not just Aiyenugba, if you go by club activities then akpeyi should be number 1 straight up |

Ejide WAS. This is someone who could not get a club for almost a year and only managed to land in a second tier Israeli side. Let’s face the reality, today, Dele has had far more better tests and has been consistent in the Israeli top flight. We are not inviting the keepers of yesterday but today. Current form wise Dele is CLEARLY the better keeper. Martz101: Stop this unnecessary hype, Cassilas is 6ft 1 and for bathez we saw how calamitous he was at his later stage in his career, dele is not even up to 6ft.
Ejide was always ahead of him through out their career in the GWG, at some some point Ejide was the number 1 and let me remind you, penalty is a lottery, I have seen Enyeama save up to 3 out 5 penalty and when they started they said he was poor in that area.
To be fair Rohr need to invite them both and see them first hand and see if they still have it in them |

The reality is we would have the best devil in goal. Our defense would need to be really solid. TheSuperNerd: That really was the game changer..... Hahahahahahahahaha... Even Sir Mujtahida shock... Loooolllll... This best risk decision ehn....
Finally we must field a first choice at the WC... Be it either of the Deles (Alampasu or Aiyenugba), be it Ezenwa or Akpeyi, Be it Ajiboye or Uzoho...
We must field goalie oooo.... Come rain, come sunshine.. Come thunderstorms... Even if na Sir Tbaba1234's college soccer experience we go use... So be it! |
