Safari i've had a couple bout with u in the past but one thing I like about you is that you always wake up to a new day. Even the Bible says we should not let the sun set and find us still angry. Even God has been described to be angry sometimes, but we all are aware of His love and graciiousness. There is time for every emotion, but as far as anger is concerned, I am confident you will wake up to a new day and you will not hold a grudge -- and that's if i'm not wrong. For me, that's the most important thing. As regards the plea for apologies, I don't ask people to apologize, because with apologies, it has to come from the heart. so when the temper has died down, think over everything and reflect on the things you would have said or done differently. If you are going to apologize, let it come form your heart. And this also applies to Andrew. I'm not even going to go into who is right or wrong. Even the "right" person can apologize, it would make the "wrong" person uncomfortable, or let me rather say it would soften the heart of the "wrong" person to do the same. safarigirl: you know who I've been praying to be like recently?
I don't know if you are familiar with Big Brother, but there is a housemate there, Miracle, he has one of the best reactions to provocation. He never loses his cool
The ability to be calm in the face of hostility is alien to me. I have never been able to do that, I flare up, I attack, I use harsh words, I make a big tantrum even. That is who I am as a person, I attack at the slightest show of hostility because, funny enough, I have continually been disregarded, unappreciated and overlooked in this life. So, that attack is my defense
I always say here that anger is a draining feeling, I know because it is a feeling I am very familiar with. Some months ago I advised Supernerd to choose his battles, did I not? Now, look at you giving me that advise
Nobody is saying anything I am not familiar with or would not tell someone else, but like I always tell a friend of mine, I am very good at giving other people good advice, I just haven't learnt to take my advice
I try everyday to work on my temper. It is not a trait I am particularly proud of, but you cannot shed all of you at a go, can you?
Like I said, I will not apologise to Andrew, he crossed the line insulting my late mother and by extension, relinquished whatever rights he had to an apology. I have apologised to people I crossed a line with, difficult as it may be for me, but him? Not in this life or the next.
Good night |

Enyeama won't do that unfortunately. tbaba1234: I think, he should give Rohr a call or even pay him a visit if Rohr is in France.. Enyeama needs the WC too. It puts him in the market. It is a win win situation. |
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Joebie: 8:02pm On Apr 16, 2018 |
Well he is not keen on returning, and it doesn't look like Rohr is still looking his direction. tbaba1234: True..
The difference between Enyeama and Rufai is that Enyeama is still training (and has played a few games). Rufai was on vacation and out of shape before he was called for France 98.
Enyeama should bury whatever problem he has with the NFF guys. |

It doesn't mean either of them will solve the issue. let's not have high expectations at all. But with the situation of things, we have to do all we can. Enyeama MAY end up doing a France 98 Rufai on us. Aiyenugba MAY not meet up to the standard we are looking for. we can't get what we don't have, so let's try ALL the possibilities anyway.. tbaba1234: We should recall Aiyenugba or Enyeama for the WC. None of the other keepers are ready. |

Tomorrow we will wake up to a new day and both of them will still contribute to football matters as they have been doing.. mbjane: The way Nigerians take dey worship woman the thing tire me so because person na woman make man tolerate, nobody is even bold enough to talk to the safari woman,it been long i commented on this thread but i just had to today and the drama was too much, that andrew444 of a guy was rude but all the comment i see are against him only few people are positive and on no sides, the way i see so many people carry the guy for mind,he commented with another account stating he has been banned by the mod

very good question. I think the same rule applies considering that when the younger team of a club is playing in the 2nd division, they are not promoted when they win that division because of the presence of the parent club in the 1st division. Hence. Fabril will not be promoted should La Coruna get relegated. safarigirl: Please, I have a question
If Fabril finish top of the third division, they gain promotion to the second division
Meanwhile, if Deportivo La Coruna get relegated, they will go to the same Division 2

Very true.. over the two friendlies Joel didn't play like he was cautious not to pick up an injury mbjane: Eagles Fans Favorite Joel Obi Disagrees With Keshi: I Was Fit For 2014 World Cup
Super Eagles fans favorite Joel Obi has insisted that he was fit enough to be named in Nigeria's 23-man roster for the 2014 World Cup.
The late Stephen Keshi had named the Torino star as one of the nine midfielders on the provisional squad list but axed him from the final list announced, citing lack of fitness.
Though Joel Obi has criticized the former Nigeria skipper for omitting him, checks revealed that the attacking midfielder was indeed struggling for match fitness as he had only six minutes of game time in Parma's last nine matches in the Serie A during the 2013-14 season.
''I heard many things about me. Even the last World Cup people were saying I was injured, I was not fit, that wasn't true. It is part of football,'' Joel Obi told Kwese Sports.
''I am happy to be back. I am really focused to do my best so I can make it for the World Cup.''
Some Nigerian fans are not totally convinced that Gernot Rohr should take Joel Obi to the 2018 World Cup as a result of his poor injury record and had their hearts in their mouths when he was badly tackled several times during Nigeria's friendly against Poland last month.
''Something they have to know is injury is part of the game, you can't predict injury, sometimes it happens, that's football. The most important thing is to keep praying to God to be injury free.
''In games like that you have opponents that want to intimidate you, so you have to be ready. You have to be ready in any game we play that anything can happen. It is part of the game.
''The fans were afraid that I should not pick up an injury but I am not afraid of that. I am the first player to make a tackle, that is my style, I am not someone afraid of receiving kicks,'' added Joel Obi. |
