Hi guys im trying to recieve my passport from vfs and i was asked to fill a consent form, but its a little vauge as it has no guidance on how to fill it.
Please anyone who has filled the courier consent form from vfs please tell me what to fill on the places marked with an x in the picture below.

Was it one way you did or two way if it's two way the VFS will send to DHL then they will deliver it to your doorstep but if it's one way you would have to pay to VFS they will advise on how to pay

i paid only one way, and i can see on their site that paying for courier is like 12K, but when dhl delivered my passport to vfs i paid 1k because the dhl office was very close to the vfs lagos center. cant i request dhl to pickup for me so i dont have to pay 12K?... also i live very close to the vfs office

Guys i recieved the message above from vfs, and im wondering what to do next. I only paid dhl a submit fee, so i only paid for them to deliver it to vfs lagos. should i also contact dhl to pickit up and deliver it to me or do i pay vfs to do it?
Please advise.

Submitted all documents - oct 29th 2020
Biometrics (completed and saw update on the same day) - nov 3rd 2020
NSE request - December 4th 2020
Submitted Upfront medicals - Dec 5th 2020
Submitted NSE request - December 23rd 2020
BVL and PPR - Feb 18th 2021
Submitted passport to vfs lagos - feb 22nd 2021
passport delivered - feb 23rd 2021

Just waiting for passport to be stamped and returned back!
Planning to travel may 2nd as my school starts may 13th or so.
Will it be advisable to wait till September as this $2000 covid hotel stay is now in effect and i dont know if they will hopefully stop it by may.
if i defer my application to september do i need to inform IRCC again now that i have gotten the visa?

I Used DHL

I paid for 2 Way Courier Delivery and it cost me almost 9k

Meanwhile I heard the transmission fee is for those that didn’t do their biometric in the Place there are sending their passport to but if you did your biometric in Lagos VFS I don’t think you need to pay for it..


Remember to do 2 way delivery so that after they stamp the passport they will send it to DHL to send over to the address you provided.

Thanks so much. When sending the consent form do i only send singed page 2 or i send the whole document with page 2 signed as well. and how many vfs consent form do i submit?

Please do i need to pay the transmisson fee? i heard theres a 7430K payment needed before submitting passport.
But this is my first application and lagos vfs lekki is where i did my biometrics. am i still eligble to pay the transmisson fee or i can forgo it?

when filling the conesnt form to send my passport to abuja vfs, is it only the second page i fill?
Also in that second page do i put my main address or the address i want my passport to be delivered to (my work address) ?
Please help is needed.

Mehn I had this problem too. Wrote mine on the 14th. Had to call ielts and ask for my tracking number. Then called UPS to ask if my package has been sent out for delivery or it’s still with them because I saw there was a delay when I checked. Then I had to go to their gbagada oworonshoki office to pick it up. Tiring process

I have gotten my nse requirements ready to submit now. Just one question for the financial docs do I need to submit all or just the bank statements?

Just print from January to December, the bank to stamp one each page and also add a reference letter to validate the account holder and account statements, then write a formal letter addressing it to the High commission of canada in lagos and abuja stating your bank couldn’t get the ebank statement which is mybankstatement and add you application number and UCI number before couriering it to the address of the embassy you want. The scan the bank statements and upload on your online application

..Ok so i should also send the original bank statment to them by courier services and also send it to them via the online portal.

Omo guys i just submitted my bank statements today after submitting my IELTS last week thursday. FCMB couldn’t get the mybankstatement due to technical issues so they printed the 12months from January till today which had a balance on 7m , they stamped each page with the bank’s logo, attached the bank’s reference letter and my letter which contained my application details and sent to the canadian embassy abuja. I scannned the statements and uploaded them on my application before sending webforms with explanation. My application has changed to submitted now. Happy to have done all this before 25th deadline. My school University of Regina Saskatchewan resumes 25th of Jan. I pray i get the bvl and ppr on time before ending of January God’s Grace. Let the Will of God be Done.

i have written my ielts: 7.5
I have gotten the one for UBA which has 7Million naira in it,
i have paid 9K out of my fees for 15K,
Going to conestoga college,
The other bank account i want to use has 10Million in it and i want to add it as part of my proof of funds, but the bank is First Bank and it hasnt opted for mybankstatment as of yet so i plan on using the bulky paper bank statment along with my UBA mybankstatment certificate.
Please if anyone used a letter to explain to ircc that their bank hasnt opted for mybankstatement please could you share your letter format so i can know how to proceed.

im seeing here that if your bank doesnt offer mybankstatments you should opt for normal processing... cant i upload the normal bank statments and just add a letter stating that my bank doesnt offer that service? because ive already paid for the ielts exam and i dont want this to go to waste

Hello guys, i was advised by a friend to write ielts general for my nse application since they did not specify what ielts exam i should write. What do you guys think? should i go for general or i should opt for academic?

I just booked for 19th December for ielts exam and Ircc game me till 1st jan to submit the results for nse� what is life?

Hello gurus I am in dire need of help!
I got the nse letter and I was given till 1st jan to submit my documents. I have decided to do the ielts exam but the only available date is the 19th of December. I saw on google that the result takes about 13 days to be gotten. So is it wise to do the ielts exam? Because probably I won’t get my results till second week of January and the nse timeframe only allows till the first of jan.
Please guide me on what to do

thinking of going for nse and both of my dads banks UBA and First bank dont offer my-bank-statements, please what can i do regarding this? , can i use the normal bank statements? and if so can i use the same bank statements i submitted for my visa application.
note i submitted october 29th.
And also what ielts exam is recommended academic or general?

sadly, i just received the stupid mail that says i have been accepted for student express entry, is there any way to message them that you prefer the normal channels ? and if so has anyone done it and succeeded?
