melochic: Congrats. But this kind of scares me. I have the same ADR. I hope they don’t request an interview for me. Do you have any clue why an interview was requested? Is it that they doubted your profession? I also claimed a professional degree. Also, I didn’t claim experience from my present work of 2 years. In addition, I didn’t give any LOE why I didn’t claim it. I hope I am safe. |

Please o, I just realized I have to submit all the documents for my ADR(I found out my file is in Accra) in one file through the link in the ADR message. How do I compress all my documents to one file with a maximum size of 3.5MB? My bank statements covering my 4 years of experience run into about 35 pages; my different pay slips, for the 4 years of experience, can be up to 48 slips or pages; and the schedule A form and Additional family information should take up to 8 pages. Altogether all these can get up to 80 pages. There is no way I can compress all this a 3.5MB file. Those that submitted Accra ADRs, how una take do am? Or you guys just submitted only few pages of banks statements and slips? Please help! 1 Like |

Scandinavian02:They won't, I should think. I had other employments I stated only in my personal history and which I knew it would be almost impossible to get a reference letter for. And my present ADRs hasn't asked for bank statements or pay slips of those employments. However, these visa officers can be unpredictable. |

topeolu1: I have no idea where my file is. I sent a CSE some weeks ago to ascertain the progress of my application and to know which office is handling the application, but the reply didn't tell me which office is handling it. They only told me my application is in progress and that I would be contacted should they need more documents from me. 2 Likes |

Topsmamen: The statement reads thus: Provide Pay slips and Bank statements highlighting salary deposits for —, —, and —. Getting payslips for the third place will be difficult o. Do I risk application rejection if I provide only bank statement(and employment letter which carries my salary) for the third place of work? Note this: the other two places which I will provide bank statements and payslips already give me 3 years of experience. For the pay slips, can just 6 months pay slips suffice? 1 Like |

I just got an ADR(Additional Document Request). 1. I need to provide pay slips and bank account statement statements highlighting salary deposited of 3 places I have worked for. I know I can easily get payslips of only two of these places which are private establishments in the city where I currently live; these two places can even make up for 3 years of experience already. Should I bother trying to get the payslips for the third place which is a large federal institution, knowing I will have to travel for this, and there will be plenty bureaucracy involved along with monetary expenses that will be incurred? For the pay slips, do I need to get for all the months I worked, or just a few, say 6months? 2. I’m seeing something like Schedule A Background Declaration form(IMM5696). Abeg how they do that one? Where do I get the forms 3. Also there is Additional Family Information Form(IMM5646). What do I do here? Where do I get the forms also? Please your advice is needed urgently. 5 Likes |

chicyclass: Congrats. As regards the bolded sentence, for anyone with faults in their writing, I wouldn’t tell them they weren’t good enough if it is very close to their exams and I don’t have time to do a proper review with them, so I don’t discourage or dishearten them. But I am glad you passed in your subsequent attempt. All the best. |

Elcid1: Elcid, how come? I’m surprised o. You should get an upgrade. I’m confident of that. As my student, you seemed okay, to me, to get a 7. Some of my students, whom I feel you are better than, have fared well, getting at least a 7. Please don’t be discouraged. Go for the remark. I’m so sorry for your result. Those trying to reach me via dm, I have replied you all. Check your spam folder. Or you may click my profile and check through my previous posts to see my contact. Anyone needing assistance for Writing, and Reading(come 16 June), should please come prepared as my coaching approach can be quite grueling; this is what some testifiers here don’t say. I and my students actually put a lot of effort into our work to make sure they improve in writing. With me, you have no choice actually than to improve, except you don’t take the coaching seriously. I will even bug you to send your essays when I don’t see your work after some time because my reputation is at stake whenever I coach someone. I usually tell my students, ‘please don’t fall my hand o’. You will need to write a lot of essays during the period of coaching(maximum of one essay per day however), and the calls in which I review your work and give you tips can be as long as an hour for slow catchers. I am a hard worker, and I is intend for all my students to be likewise. All the best to IELTS candidates. 15 Likes |

Gnomic5: Congrats. So happy for you. The funny thing is that I can’t recall who this is, actually, although your story sounds very familiar. I could remember a student who I queried why she didn’t send me her essays only for me to learn that her child has been ill. I didn’t store your contact in my phone as Gnomics5. Please if you have the time, chat or or call me, so I can know who exactly Gnomics5 is. All the best. ‘Hard work’ pays, and I am glad to be mentioned in your success story. sen2paco:Ok bro. I’m not a religious person though. Well, all the glory to God if that makes you happy. But the philosopher in me says, ‘if we must give God all the glory/thanksgiving for every success we have, we must also give Him all the blame for all the failures where we worked so hard but still failed’. So, my conclusion is this: there are some principles governed by natural phenomena such as hard work and success with a touch of luck. We mustn’t always put the ‘God concept’ in everything. There will always be successes and failures in life, but these are not attributed to one supernatural being above. I strongly feel God plays a very neutral role to many events in our lives. Any success we have can only be tied to our hardworking efforts and luck; God does not play any deliberate or active role in these successes. If God is always involved in our affairs, there would no suffering in the world, and earth would be paradise. I am only appreciative of the fact that God created a wonderfully organised universe which is in perfect order: there are days and nights, winters and summers, living organisms having perfectly designed physiological organs and systems which is exemplified in wound healing following an injury as well as gestation which culminates in parturition. But as regards the experiences or stories in our lives, I don’t include the ‘God factor’ as explanation of these events; the only causal factors I could attribute to our life stories are hard work and luck. Also, I don’t believe in spirituality. I hope my personal beliefs don’t discourage people from seeking assistance from me in IELTS; you may not not like my approach to life, but I will advise you to get what you want from me and move on. 12 Likes |

Daybour1: This is wonderful. I’m so excited. Yea, we did it! This is also my victory. Getting a 7.0 with a 3-day coaching, let’s now wait for the last exam for which I coached you for a week. You may even get a 7.5. Congrats once again. I’m here to liberate people from the shackles of IELTS writing, and it feels good achieving that. I’m glad for the bolded statement in your comment. Anyone coming to me, please format your brain as regards IELTS writing. I once had a student who was constantly arguing with me in our reviews, and he was always making the errors I told him not to make. Anyway, he left, but I pray he gets his desired writing score wherever he decided to seek help from. So, Daybour1, have a lovely day. Celebrate! This is a huge feat. With the CRS score you told me you now stand at, I know you will get an ITA in the next draw or in 2 further draws. You are already in Canada as far as I am concerned. Now, unto my next candidate for a breakthrough testimony here. 50 Likes 1 Share |

Kuntos: To me o, the thing don cast na. The so-called sponsor has backed out. What solution are you looking for? Your friend should only pray not to be banned for misrepresentation; your friend should just try to prove to IRCC that the cousin was really the sponsor but that the sponsor seems not to be ready to further his sponsorship, the reason of which you cannot tell. Next time, one really has to be sure who they are using to claim sponsorship or sibling relationship, because it is surprising why a so-called sponsor will want to put someone in trouble. 16 Likes 1 Share |

I have a couple of question for seniors in the house. I got an update, and in my application status, Background Check changed from ‘We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information’, to ‘Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check’. This looks like my application process is going backward instead of progressing. 1. Should I be worried? AOR was in March; I passed medical exam on 3rd March and completed biometrics on 6th March 2019. 2. What stage of application am I—Ip1 or Ip2? Current application status is as seen below. 1 Like
