Business › Re: Central Bank Of Nigeria Commences Sale Of Chinese Yuan by Johnrake69: 9:43am On Jul 22, 2018 |
naijaguy123456: [Part copied] What makes a currency strong ?
1. Interest rates. High interest rates help promote a strong currency, because foreign investors can get a higher return by investing in that country.
2. Economic policies. Tight fiscal discipline and anti-inflationary monetary policies help promote a strong currency.
3. Stability. A strong government with a well-established rule of law and a history of constructive economic policies are the type of things that attract investment and thus promote a strong currency.
4.Reduce inflation. If inflation is relatively lower than competitors, then the countries goods will become more attractive and demand will rise.
Chinas plan is to rule the world and Nigeria is helping them achieving this. When China sell goods and services to you, you pay them in dollars, it doesn't help Chinese economy as they have to take the dollars to the Americans in exchange for gold for example, but with this move they boycott the Americans. High interest rates does not promote a strong currency. And certainly does not encourage real investment in an economy. The top economies in the world with strong currencies manage less than 5% interest. While the economies with weak currency manage double digits. And the reason is simple. Real investors don't play in the money market. Therefore, high interest rates sends a bad signal to real investors because if they are to borrow funds along the line in other to support their investments in an economy it's going to impact on their investments negatively. |

ThugBoat: Please if you know more about export and feel my claims are somewhat bogus.. I can step aside while you lecture us on export using actual and worthy parameters... Not here to have baseless argument. Kindly approach Nigerian Export Promotion Council and get their current price internationally traded commodities, then take your time and enquire about the local price of the commodity including logistics and if you still have 300% ROI on any of the items on their lists I owe you 10k shopping voucher |
Business › Re: Earn Good Money With EXPORT. by Johnrake69: 6:36am On Jun 30, 2018 |
ThugBoat: Most people run from exporting because of lack of capital, but we have close relationship with some banks to finance your export... Once you obtain your Letter of Credit or Bank Comfort Letter from your international export buyer, we would source funds for you to ship with... NEXIM bank is also our close partner. The least returns you can get from export is a whooping 300% ROI... Oga kindly correct that bogus figure of #300% ROI. It's misleading. Unless you're pushing weed and the senior cousins. |

This is very common in Nigeria. Most of these Nigerian companies are slave drivers. And certainly, your unpaid salaries is used to fund the luxurious lifestyle of the owners.
You see them on social media flaunting their wealth and same time forming inspirational speakers.
This is the reality of an average Nigerian youth. Instead of us to pursue a goal that will atleast address these Labour issues, we are celebrating a useless bill as not too young to run.

Sports › Re: Egypt's Goalkeeper Refused Man Of The Match Award Because Of Muslim Faith by Johnrake69: 9:47am On Jun 19, 2018 |
flyca: I used the words "hosts" and "guests". Stop putting words into my mouth
Also different govts derive their own means of tackling issues. Whose fault? My dear that was never the case. As regards the write up, there is nothing in it that states blacks entered the country through visiting visa hence, the use of Hosts and Guests is improper. We all know blacks in America got there as a result of slave trade. So, getting rid of them after distorting their communal lives here in Africa should be seen as crime against humanity. |

Be careful what you read on the internet. What is your point exactly? That on the contrary you're so loved as an African? Europeans will spit on you, the Arab man sees you as a devil, and for the Chinese, you're a slave. |

flyca: Carry your useless propaganda elsewhere. They don't want you. Go and build your continent.
Migration is good but if are becoming nuisance to your hosts, they (the hosts) reserve the right to deport them. If they refuse, they learn a strategic way to do away with you. Simple! Wow... Why the attack on him? Have South Africans done away with the white immigrants that became nuisance? We have to start thinking for ourselves as Africans. How can we build our continent when we don't understand history? We have no memories of our place in the world before slavery. |

gurnam: I repeat, on this matter, you and Ben Murray Bruce lack common sense!!
Nike is not obliged in any way to manufacture the jerseys in Nigeria or specifically to Aba traders!!
Aba tailors should have approach NIKE and table a proposal for the project! Whipping up emotions by your type and BMB is not common sense.
This conversation shouldn’t even be happening if we all understand how sport branding and marketing works. Can you guys just shove aside this nonsense sport branding and marketing? Who are they marketing it to? Is Nike more popular than Nigeria with a population of about 200 million people? Do you know what Nigerians spend just to follow the English Premier league? If indeed Nike as a brand is so superior like the way you guys are sounding why are they not leveraging on it by promoting the Malaysian football team's Jersey this world Cup year? Without our qualifications to the world Cup Nike won't have been able to promote anything. So it's Nigeria first and not Nike. What the Senator is saying is that Nigeria is not getting enough from the business side of football with the current arrangement. It's only an educated illiterate that will try to prove otherwise. |
