Morai123: If you used a one way courier service to send your ppt to VFS, you will be required to either pay VFS to return it to you via their own courier service or visit them in person for pick up |

CindyByFine: The counterfoil I'm aware of is the one glued to the ppt when it's submitted, I'm not sure of the one that reflects on the portal. Ppt pickup availability email/SMS comes from vfs where you submitted it and not from IRCC 1 Like 1 Share |

CindyByFine: Choose an arrival airport close to your location and you will be fine. I don't think you would want to arrive at a province/location and start another journey to another province/location cos you booked a cheaper flight. Someone here said he got a good deal for like a little over 800k like a page or two before this page. If you're still considering cost your might want to quote the post for him to shed more light. 1 Like |

mizchoco: Ok, if the loan covers your tuition and living expenses then go ahead, if it covers only one of the two then you will need extra. It's always a good format to explain how the POF would be spent so the vo wouldn't base their judgement on assumptions. |

mizchoco: POF is funds readily available to you to cover your expenses so landed properties, vehicles and pension are not included. They can stand as home ties for you but not POF. Your student loan only covers your tuition right, correct me if I'm wrong. If that's the case then N500k balance will not be enough to show living expenses for a year so you might need to work on that. It's easier to show POF that will cover tuition for at least a yr and living expenses for a yr with proof that other yrs would not be a challenge than showing POF that covers your full tuition alone. Jaykeh: Transit through Addis Ababa or Dubai is safer as transit visas are not required. If your flight has Amsterdam as a layover, contact the airline to confirm if a transit visa is required because Netherlands is a Schengen country if I'm not mistaken. |

Oldfashioned145: You're resuming in Jan and you're yet to book your flight? If you're looking for a flight of N500k - N600k you might need to book in February. If not just jeje check out African airlines like Ethiopia airline and the likes and book. Ensure the flight itinerary does not have layovers in any American state or Schengen country as you would need a visa to pass through. 3 Likes |

Tymally: I feel the attachment is really clear. Courier service comes at a cost for both third party service providers and VFS. You can choose to boycott courier charges and visit the office in person like I did or pay courier service providers to do this for you. Transmission fee to VFS is charged if you choose to send your ppt to a location you did not do your biometrics. |

Simyowe: Congratulations on your admission. I want to believe the next step you're referring to is your study permit application. If yes, then check IRCC for the minimum requirements, add whatever document you know will aid your application and go for it. If you have any specific questions along the way you can ask for clarification. Good luck. 1 Like |

Chechem: Ok in that case you will need the power of attorney for the sale to the new buyer to show that the lump sum is actually from the sale of the property. Now it's your share you are receiving so an affidavit would cover that, stating that the funds is from the sale and the amount you received is your share. |

Your SOP is where you explain your decision beyond any reason for doubt so your age would not be a challenge if you do a good job with it. Qlife and IOM are the only hospitals you can do your test so pick any one and you will be fine. Anyone can sponsor you but ensure you can prove your relationship with the person. Note that his/her financial commitments will be considered by IRCC to confirm he/she would be able to add yours to their commitments. Good luck 2 Likes |
