properties4u:
The greatest investment in life that never fails or depreciate but always appreciate is Land.
I will advise you to invest your money in genuine lands that are selling for cheap now in developing areas like IBEJU-LEKKI in Lagos or ENU-ANI Mega City in Asaba. There are also other places depending on your location so all you need is a good lawyer that can help you properly do a check of genuity. Most of these lands are being sold by property developers with good reputation so you don't have a problem.
Land investment do fail broda,1.ask those that investment in some part of Aba( during the kidnapping era some years back. Land bought 300k was sold for 50k and nobody want to buy cos the land was close to were Kidnapper had their den.
2.those that has house close to waterside at Aripo were fleeing their property and some even sell at give away price.
3.when I was in Kano after the bloody religion riot most Igbo men sold their property below market value.
One even sold 2storey building for 800k.
3.what of those that bought govt acquired land without knowing and later govt demolished their property
Just like the one one senator is facing in Ogun state recently.
Though land investment is good but not all land

I know of someone in Kenyan who work as account clerk and receive 60k monthly and he run a poultry farm 5000 capacity. At work(office) he has boss.
At home (poultry) he is the boss cos 5 people work for him.
He make x2 of his salary from the side passion poultry biz.

Why not keep your job.invest over time in your fishery biz.when it's has grown to the point that it can pay you x 3 of your salary you can then quit your Just Over Broke

Why are you all gambling with your life.

According to snakeeducation. Com
And other source including National Geographic
Dead Snakes & Dead Snake Bites - You may have heard someone say that a dead snake can still bite and this is Very True. The nerves in a snake have been recorded to still be active up to 9 hours after a snake was killed. The length of time had much to do with the snake type, and situation in which the snake was killed. In Old-School it was a common practice to cut the head off of a venomous snake but to understand that snake's head can still bite and still inject Venom into it's victim. Just because a snake looks dead doesn't mean the nerves are too.

I know too well Umudike hospital don't have anti venom injection to administer to you. Why risk ur life.
You only got one life to live thread carefully
