Calm down y'all. Me no be politician but I believe the governor is playing the game right. Pretending to surrender while using the party to fight constitutionally is the way to confuse the opponent in this crisis. He needs to buy time to calculate his next and every other move going forward.

Very well my brother. What you see here is a design template. The kind of finishing used will determine if that 25M will be exhausted or remain.

Same house can be built to look like this no matter the soil type provided it is not quick sand or slurry mud which will require piled foundations.

You can do plastering for 1M or 2M for instance, spend on wooden roof trusses or use steel. You can use regular tiles or porcelain or marble etc the list is endless .

On a normal soil, the structure to roofing without plastering, wiring, ceilings etc should not cost above 15 million with the fence then your choice of gate and weather you want stamped concrete or regular interlocks will be another story of finishing.

With 25M yes you can without regrets.

What Hamas has done to Israel is nothing compared to what has been prophesied will happen to Israel this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Anytime such things happen to Israel it is because of their disobedience to Jehovah this is a punishment for their wickedness and disobedience. Israel me defeat Hamas today but something worse will come for sure. The solution lies in Israel surrendering to Jehovah and accepting Christ as their Lord and savior as a people.

The bottom line remains that Israel is chosen by God and even if the land they occupy belongs to strangers God owns the land and chooses whom to give it to. So if he has chosen to give it to Israel nobody can go against his will. He punishes them at will and he saves them all the same. In the end nobody can exterminate Israel.

Putin backed out technically. He failed woefully. He wanted to use mercenaries to oust zelensky through murder and imposition of a new regime. But when he saw the armament of Ukraine by the west and western soldiers and mercenaries ready to die in Ukraine plus the sanctions crippling his country and China's hands tied behind their backs plus Russian oligarchs not smiling at him with assassination becoming a threat plus revolt of the Russians and increase in the NATO alliance. The guy had to run away under the guise that Ukraine begged. Truly Putin prayed that Ukraine would beg or else Putin is a goner. The Russians are too smart..
