The trumpet has been blown and the gate of Salvation closed. The train has left its station and there's no stopping it. |
Joe82834:Thanks for this. It seems we're on the same page but me I'm seeing things from the root cause of the problem. Tribalism started from favouritism/Nepotism and once you start favouring your own people against others, they(others) start to see you and your people differently. Acceptably every tribe is guilty of Nepotism and eventually tribalism but the reason why most people view the SE&SS people as the most tribal is the fact that they don't hide theirs and always go to extreme to justify it. Example is the issue of Ijaw people calling for the presidential pardon on Ibori while still serving his sentence. Generalising cannot be written off in human existence as long as those 10-20 people still speak out based on their tribe. |
Hollaniyii:Don't mind them jare. Just dey look dem dey fumble. Meanwhile its the Yoruba of Ibadan that WAEC and NECO recognise and dey use o. |
ammyluv2002:Serious na. Don't be selfish stop hiding all dat solid African beauty behind a phone. |
ammyluv2002:Why na. You expect RM. Why did u block ur face with that phone. Been staring at the pics since. |
ammyluv2002:I like love you for liking the man. I just can't get enough of him. But my team will beat his whenever we meet. |
kristen12:The guy na ghanaian movie star. |
Iamfrank:You asked her and she said "nothing"? OP 739km no far again o cos somebody don trek am from lagos to abuja. its better you too start your own o far away from d geh. |
Please where are the silly goats trying to bring the Yorubas into this Igbo internal matter. |
Crocz:Simply put, going by the 737Km of lagos to Abuja, the guy will have to trek at the least an average 41km per day to make it in 18days. The question is can someone trek 40km in a day? I will conveniently say Yes. If marathon runners can make 30km in 2 1/5 hours then 40km is childs play for some people. If anyone doubts it, they should try and calculate how many km do all this gala sellers trek per day in traffics. |
Joe82834:Most of the people that voted for him are majorly illiterate that has no access to the internet to know the kind of crime he is supposed to face. Same cannot be said of people (even on NL here)that see the truth and still go ahead to make excuse for such by claiming a conspiracy against their people. I understand your view of trying to plead to people to shun Tribalism. I will also like a Nigeria free from tribalism but we can't achieve that if we don't eliminate favouritism towards people of our own tribe(Nepotism). By favouring your people above other tribe even when your people has not done well will eventually lead to tribalism because in the end the person will eventually alienate himself and his tribe from other tribes. OBJ may be a scumbag but he is one of the most detribalised Nigerian leaders ever. Even if his own daughter is caught in a wrong act he won't protect her. #SayNoToNepotism and #Tribalism will be greatly reduced. |
ozoigbondu:It is obvious from the article that the woman never mentioned names or incidences. It was the writer that suggested people that could be affected. You're also free to add yours like you just did. In the end, when the sanctioned list comes out and you feel aggrieved you're free to take the US government to court. |
freemanbubble:Ode ni e. Did your Jonah get shame. If he get shame he no go even contest after over 15,000 human beings have been killed under his watch and more than a Million turned into refugees in their own country. You're just a shameless and useless hypocrite. |
lurther:You're right. Also on the other hand if he were to be an igbo man, instead of being condemned like the people from ogun state has been condemning him, what his kinsmen like you will have been writing is, "they are conspiring against the igbos". Is that not? Nepotism is worst............#SayNoToNepotism |
ishiamu:Stop drawing inference from what the guy said. Either small or big, thief na thief, stealing is corruption. Those ones are confirmed thief by our law & constitution. Tinubu's people are very clean by our constitution but if you feel otherwise then take it up with the constitution and the people that has being incharge of enforcing it for the past 16years. BTW the guy knocked you out already. Don't you ever die. |
OilGas:Thanks for this response. The only thing I'll have changed is the "Dictionary" to "Constitution" otherwise perfect response. |
PassingShot:The guy is just pathetic. He is trying hard to redeem his dented image. I just wish he could decamp from my beloved Barcelona before he infects us with his ill luck. Especially with his prediction on winning champions league. His attempts to ridicule the man's policy even when it is yet to start shows he's not tactical and quite un intelligent. Hard working, no doubt but he doesn't know when to tap out or which battle he's to fight and which not to fight. |
SLIDEwaxie:Thank you for this. People tend to use the budget of past corrupt government(s) to analyse the programs set by APC and Buhari without factoring in the all the funds that has be stolen before arriving at the Budget figure. $700million(about N150bn @ current xchange rate) cash was alleged to have been found in Diezani's apartment. $20bn (about N4tr) missing from NNPC account. Unaccountable daily Oil thefts. Unnecessarily high cost of governance. If Buhari can realistically get only 50% all those and many unmentioned ones. I think all he promised should be realistic. Years of pilfering of our resources has resulted in our failure to realise how rich this country is. |
When we talk about how tribalistic our brothers from the SE and SS are in the politics of our nation, they come here are talk trash and make serious of accusation. Never in this country's history has decorum being thrown out the window like the time of GEJ. Our Mentality has been so corrupt that we now celebrate mediocrity, justify and glorify corruption in the name of "na our brother". OBJ was the president for 8years, he never covered his own Yoruba people. He even went as far as jailing anyone that was found wanting irrespective of their tribe eg Tafa balogun, Bode george. Yar'dua came in he never descended so low as to try and free Al mustafa and no organised group ever advocated for his release. It was in the time of GEJ that the felon was stylishly released. A man indicted of planning to assassinate a sitting president of our country(while still in prison). Bode george was also cleared on the basis of wrong conviction. Diepreye Alamieyeseigha an internationally convicted criminal was also granted Presidential pardon. All this under the watch of GEJ. Now another group is calling for the pardon of another serving criminal even before he finished serving his prison term. Honestly with the kind of mind set this people are showing, a serious minded country will be better off without them at the helms of affairs of the Nation. |
mostHandsome01:You've forgotten the heart has 2 chambers. |
I will Lock my doors and windows tight and sleep. When I wake up I will eat and start packing the green bills. |
ritababe:Haha Rita how u take know say his D**k no dey get up again. *something's fishy* BTW I don't know stupidity can affect DK. |
Pejapaul:Mr, you don't have to tell us where you're from. BTW presidency is not something you just give or dash out. You have to work for it. Buhari has been at it for 12years. How many igbo man can contest for presidency just twice without facing criticism from even his own people. For a region to produce president, they have to show sign of seriousness by first, presenting a credible/infallible candidate secondly stand in unity behind him like the North did for buhari. From there people see the conviction of that region in the candidate and they start taking them seriously. Its unfortunate the Igbos are not that united. This is evidenced by a particular governor who chased/sacked fellow Igbos from another state away from his government. Presidency is not a gift you give a region, the region has to work for it. |
ShowYourCertificate:Its obvious in your rant that you are either a direct or indirect beneficiary of the illegal deal called Amnesty but no need calling names, just get a real job. Nigeria can't be paying you and your brodas for doing nothing but threatening our peace. And remember to tell your lazy ars.e brodas also to get a real job. A legit one. Nigeria is bigger than any of you clowns. |
olasquare22:Access bank Relationship officers do this. I don't know about other banks. |
SHARIAREPORTERS:You might as well get a radio station to broadcast it to the world. Here's the reality here. You are not the first to say it and won't definitely be the last but guess what, the religion has never shaken ever since your ilks started the defamation and propaganda and will never change till the end of time when it will be too late for you to realise. Not even a word has changed in the book for the over 1400 years of its existence (yes the book is that much perfect and protected by its author, God. who even challenged anyone to produce anything similar to it) unlike ur book that has gone through modifications and countless versions over the few years of my own little existence. Deal with it. |
kodded:Its either you know nothing about country politics/governance or you're being myopic. Handing over on 28 as announce by the Information Minister means Nigeria will have no President for the next 8 to 10 hours before the swearing in. It means the Military can seize power by then. They don't need the constitution so they do need to swear to it. GEJ is a DEVIL. |
fhranciz:But Rokiatu take style smart now. |
