Should be "None".

I will say don't be discouraged.

beeodun:
Hmmm thanks dear...I just have some reservations on the Ielts jare. Maybe I’ll check out some other countries whilst thinking.

Quick clarification though: if I want to go with spouse but getting ECA for only my qualifications, should the answer be yes or no to his own ‘level of study’ on the crs calaculator?

And there she is.

You were missed.

Newmum0615:
Hello my family members. I have missed you guys. I know I have been missed too (fingers crossed).
Lots of pages to read up. Whew! You guys have been busy!
Congratulations to all PPR recipients and IELTS smashers. God is at work
@Randomsue I am still trying hard not to be surprised that you are a lady. All the while, I thought I was interacting with a guy. Congratulations again my dear.
My PM has been jammed all week with mails from sweethearts asking after me. I appreciate you all for the concern. It made me teary-eyed and I had to run back. It has been one hell of a period for me but God is in charge.
Kisses to y'all.

Paying from Nigeria and based on Express Entry, use: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/result.asp?countrySelect=NG&lob=eepr You will see "pay my fee online"

If you are not paying from Nigeria or it is not EE, you can input your details here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/inFORMation/fees/index.asp

TravelRe: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 4 by joo2018: 9:22am On Jul 14, 2018
Part of the main documents you will submit are a. Passport b. Degree certificate (both for WES and Post-ITA). Try to ensure that the name order match.

As you are still in school, you have a chance to make it work. When it all fails, you have the affidavit option.

Newfoundland:
Good morning..
Does different arrangements of name matters during travel process-- either for schooling or work.
My waec name arrangements is John Mikel O
My jamb result- John Mikel Obi
My jamb/Sch admission letter- John Obi Mikel.. (Which will also be the name on my degree cert).

I'm in finals, will this pose an issue?
TravelRe: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 4 by joo2018: 7:22pm On Jul 13, 2018
I think that range is ok. A lot of the PPR timelines posted on this thread average 1 month or so.

mcstan18:
It varies. Between 2 weeks to 2 months
sweetrie:
Please how long does it take to get the passport back after submission?
TravelRe: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 4 by joo2018: 6:25pm On Jul 13, 2018

I don't think it matters a big deal. It is not mandatory that the account show salary payments. But it serves as an added evidence that you work with the said company. It has reflected in people's GCMS that IRCC agents consider it. When you present it, you can raise a LOE to explain the delayed salaries and include your payslips.

Torkwase1:
Hello house. Thanks to all keeping this dream alive and kicking! Question from a beginner:
If your organization sometimes delays salaries for months, which will obviously be reflected in your statement of account, what do you do? Will that affect you in any way?
(PS. I dont even leave money in the salary account. Transfer most to my savings. Also have small side biz. The POF will likely be gotten from a sale of land)
Haven't started the process yet, still waiting to write IELTS 28th July. Just trying to know my options. Thanks
TravelRe: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 4 by joo2018: 5:05pm On Jul 13, 2018
I don't really get the question.

Use the CRS tool to run scenarios with either of you as the principal applicant. Apart from IELTS, age and education carry points. The scenario that gives you a CRS score above 440 will stand you in good stead to get an ITA.

Abeehorlar:
Hi everyone, can spouse enter the pool individually incase any of the spouse is selected? or only one spouse with highest point can enter the pool. Because my husband have the highest score in IETLS than me. Please advise

Hmm.

The waiting no easy at all. Preparing for IELTS is easy, at least you are doing something. But waiting for WES, kai.

For those post-AOR, I can't even imagine the waiting. I manage by spending time here.

The Cananda PR process na big way to learn patience.

funkYb:
Hello everyone, just to ask those that have been in this race for a couple of weeks. Could you please share the strategy you are using to curb the waiting anxiety and tension? I seem not to be doing well in this regard. Your tips could really be of good help.

or

to search. The key is the job description whether it matches what you do/did. The job description must also reflect in your reference letter post-ITA. Vary the job title while searching until you find what you are looking for.

Lol bros,

Create, yes. Submit, no. You need to input IELTS score and ECA data before you can submit the profile and the profile only remains open for 60 days.

Pls go through page 0 of this thread and master it. Most of the questions burning through your mind have already been answered there.

lawalidriso:
Dears,
Its really nice following the trend for some time now. Please i will like to ask if i need to do IETLs exams before i can create a profile in express entry.

My wife went to her school to apply for transcript to WES the other day. The PG school office where she was making the application was filled with people applying to WES. When it got to her turn, the man grumbled, "this una Canada never fill up with people yet".

It cracked me up.
TravelRe: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 4 by joo2018: 10:44am On Jul 10, 2018
Make them take am easy ... biko.

The RSA has been part of plans.

Guitarlife:
Hi guys my gcms notes came through and everything looks good.
However, I noticed when my pof was computed the CAD recorded was less than my actual declared CAD thank God it still met the pof requirement for a family of 1.

I did some computation and it seemed the difference was the RSA amount that I added, it seems CIC nor wan dey gree with RSA again o.
I became even more sure of that when someone in my group chat march aor got his gcms and it was stated that review for pof and he added his pension rsa too.

This may not be true tho but this is what I noticed. On the basis of the computation of my own funds then I can boldly say CIC did not include my RSA funds.

Why not.

Read through recent PPR success stories. Most got bulk sums.

Eddy4400:
Thanks for replying. Pls my next concern is POF.

I got a bulk sum which is about 60% of my POF this month. Read a lot about Gift Deeds in first 100 pages...pls does this still fly? Was thinking of playing safe and waiting till Jan 2019 to enter the pool as it would mature by then. Your thoughts pls. Thanks

Hi bros,

In addition, the only thing your wife and kids have to do after the application is successful is to land. If she's still wants to stay in Nigeria for a while, she can take annual leave, land and come back.

To maintain her status as a permanent resident, she must physically be in Canada for at least two years (not necessarily continuous) within a five-year period.

Check this link out: http://www.cic.gc.ca/English/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=727&top=10

henryuzor:
Dear all, as I start my Canada PR journey I like to ask one final question...
I am married with 2 kids (boy:4rs and girl:1yr),my wife has a job in an oil firm with good salary and very promising prospects, I am a chartered accountant and work with an audit firm (salary not too OK, hence the Canada PR decision)
The question now is can I do the PR process for the whole family, but I will immigrate alone...we can all go for the first time so we can all get the PR card, then my wife and kids will come back and be coming for visits from time to timehuh
NB
I plan for us to have our 3rd child born in Canada in 2 or 3 yrs time by God's grace
henryuzor:
God bless you for the time you took to give me this your robust response...i was trying to consider option 1 because her job pays better so she can stay back with the kids until I settle down and then she can then come and join me with the kids. However, considering the points u mentioned in ur response,i think it is a better idea to just do for the the whole family, and then I can go alone first then she joins me with the kids later....
