They lack the ability to critically analyse a situation and proffer solutions without having to refer to other cultures. Because Europeans are corrupt does not make it morally justified for black leaders to be corrupt neither does it make it morally right for the people to applaud their corrupt practices. If Africans still had their thinking caps on rather than constantly comparing themselves with Europeans, most of the so called polithiefcians won't be in office to start with.
