Turns out most of the funding will be private with the government providing the infrastructure.

Their is money in Nigeria. The funding will come from Rosehill group and GTBank.

@ KnowAll I think your Idea about connecting rapid trains to Abuja from 5 relatively close cities is a great Idea.
It would be a pity if Abuja becomes another Lagos in terms of overcrowding. Nigeria's train system is pathetic, but it can be improved.
