I had almost similarly experience..
my dad use to give us our sch fees the first week of resumption. I don't know what happen that term,he gave me money for my jnr bro and sis and say i should wait till the next month,I paid and the accountant gave me 3 receipt thinking i paid for 3 as usual..I just say thank you sir,and leave the office..

I watch this video early last year..I don't believe this story at all..

After watching arsenal pre-season and the match against liverpool,I have highlight some problem arsenal are having and need to resolve before they will win a major trophy again and be rated as one of the big clubs in europe.

1- WENGER= wenger is the major problem arsenal is facing,he's very stubborn and he's so use to failure that he doesn't feel anything again when he fails.

2- THE BOARD= the arsenal board are greedy,they enjoy the profit wenger is bringing in for them that they forget the fans really need major trophy. They never see anything wrong in what wenger is doing because wenger enrich there pocket.
They keep deceiving the fans with lies. arsenal have the most expensive match ticket yet can't attract a small profile player like verdy.

3- BELOW AVERAGE PLAYERS- there are some players in arsenal that can't even play for southampton first team if they leave arsenal. Players like walcot,chambers,debunchy, geroud and gibbs,they are never good enough for arsenal. These players are not suppose to be playing for a big club like arsenal. arsenal is far bigger than them. Its an insult for the likes of henry,bergkamp,viera,pires,kanu and co to be seeing these kind of players playing for the club they make history with.

4- LACK OF PHYSICAL PLAYERS- most arsenal players are just to lazy to play in the English premiership. They are not physically strong enough to win ball back,they are easily bullied on the pitch by a physical team. This has been arsenal problem since song left and wenger have not been able to bring in another physically strong players..I don't know why wenger could not get wanyama or kante and allow them go to arsenal's london rivals (tottenham and chelsea)..

5- SOME PLAYERS NEED TO LEAVE= players like walcot,chambers,debunchy,gibbs need to leave the club to make room for better players. Walcot is the reason wenger have not sign a new striker yet.
-Gibbs is the reason wenger did not sign try to get a better backup for monreal
-Debunchy will has lost it,he should never be in a club close to arsenal level at all.
-Chambers is the worst signing arsene wenger have make in his entire career,i can still believe wenger bought that guy for 16million when wanyama was ready leave celtic then.

6- DISCIPLINE- wenger style of managing players should be questioned. giving ozil,koscieny and geroud a long break because of european cup while players that played the same no of games they played in the same country are playing for there club already.
Wenger is too weak for modern day football,he has lost it.
Wenger don't charge his players,he rather complain to fourth official than shouting at his players.

7- WRONG SELECTION= Wenger is found of making wrong selection especially in big games.
How can he explain xhaka and cazorla sitting on the bench while playing ramsey and elnini. Cazorla have been training with the squad,he played and score during preseason and you left him on the bench to play an inconsistent ramsey that played all his ass out for wales during the european cup.
Wenger played two young and inexperience defenders and use just one defensive mid-fielder to help them. What happen to playing conquelin and xhaka to block the midfield and help them out,and play cazorla at the front of the two defensive mid-fielder.
Playing sanchez are a lone striker is the dumpiest thing any manager will do.
