We are told that Adam ate a fruit and he (died) and his actions triggered time, which brought about aging which brought death.

But what triggered death in animals?
Was the unaging and undying nature of man the same with the animals? Or while Adam remained ageless, animals were growing old and dying?
Remember we are still talking about the breath of God both in animals and in Man.
Will animals resurrect? Will those Lions we see tearing others food stand judgement? Will they giant snake which swallowed an elephant stand before God for killing that Elephant?
