No, he shouldn't have prob at the POE because of the CAS, he will be fine. Tell him to email the school to inform them that he has been issued a visa so as to keep his admission active

@Justwise,pls kindly respond to this question.My fiancee applied for tier4 student visa without requesting for a new Cas from his school.He used the same Cas he was refused with because he didn't know he was to request for a new Cas when he made application.

The school called him to forget about it because he would be refused again.We have been praying and fasting since then o.Today,he received his visa.God truely answers prayers.

My question is,would this Cas stand against him @point of entry?Pls respond

I submitted on the 15th though.Got a text on the 19th working day.Be patient,you would soon hear from them.During my waiting period,I mailed them on the 16th day and their response was my application ws being transferred to sheffield and document still undergoing verification.I should be patient.

It changed yesterday the 19th day.The text came In around 2pm same yesterday.Yeah,don't worry,uld hear from them soon.

Usually VFS office normally sends sms notification of dispatchment to abuja but i have not recieved any yet. Is dis normal. I jst checked my email and saw a mail from them. Please i have dis feelings my application will be smooth but just want to know how long it takes to get and sms @ least to track my application and also how long will it take. 4 courier to deliver ones parcel in Lagos. Jst curious and worried kind of. Please guys pray 4 me.. Wanna drop my goodnews too.

Hey guys i really need your help. I've got a friend who wants to apply for a UK student visa on Monday 9/9/13 but her school starts on 10/9/2013. Is it advisable for her to do so seeing as the her course starts the next day after her visa application. Her CAS was delayed and the shifted the start date from 16/09 to 10/09, so she is in a bit of a tight situation. Justwise I'm counting on your versatile knowledge and any other credible advise, thank you.

Hmmmm...I would advice your friend not to try it.My previous application,I was refused.The ECO claimed my course start date was 20/06/2013,I applied on the 19/06/2013.That's a day before.He said first of all,that's considered as a late application.Secondly,he contacted my school and the school said 5th of July 2013 is d last resumption date.I didn't calculate d processing time cuz I gambled it can't take more than 11working days whereas it took 17working days.I applied late cuz my Cas came in late.

Let ur friend find out d last resumption date of his or her course.Calculate the visa processing time as well.If it's not favourable,I would advice you don't try it.Better still,an extension from the school would be better.

Not really heard of that before.But the lady that attended to me before i had my interview said most applicants get refused during the video interview based on one question which is Your 1st few days in uk,where do u plan to stay?
Although once you have your maintainance money that shouldn't be a problem but maybe they expect students to have where to stay for the 1st few days in other not to be roaming about their country looking lost.

Also,the guy asked where i would stay in uk for the 1st few days n I gave him name and address of the person.Although,the address is real and likewise the person.

Ok Justwise.But something struck my mind now.U know I already printed the statement on the 7th.Normally I was meant to apply 9th but due to the hols.Ukba expects me to have printed my statement before that 9th.Although it was rescheduled by them which is not my fault.

Those people ehn,that is when they would blow grammer now.'I understand that your appointment date was 9th.But due to the holiday,it was rescheduled to 15th.I expect you to have gotten your statement down before the initial date (9th)'.One can never predict them.Lol
