I think you should call him. You can do a quick troubleshooting. Check if the outdoor pipe is freezing, check if the fan is blowing really hot, lastly, check if the water dripping through the pipe is much.

I couldn't touch the outdoor pipe. They are far above. The fan doesn't seem to blow so much heat. I figured so because, even though it was far ahead, I didn't feel much heat (I pressume I should be able to feel it if it's blowing hot). The water dripping doesn't seem much.

I had the same issue, the repairer said the NEPA light was low and not enough to power the AC conveniently. We tested with a Generator and I noticed a significant change in the cooling. If you have a generator that can power the AC, try it and see if you are having the same issue. If it's a light issue, you would need a 5kva Stabilizer for your AC.

Thanks for your input. However, the voltage is super strong. My refrigerator works without a stab and I dare not put my fans on max. The speed is supersonic. So it cannot be the voltage.
