Our leaders must be determined to deliver. Determination must be their key word.
There is wide spread and deep corruption in India, but still moving on. Certainly corruption MUST be reduced. But determination is important.

Gov. Mutala Nyanko has NO EXCUSE, he MUST deliver.
He is a person I respect. May be he is just a good talker like Olagunsoye Oyinlola.
Politician of silent achiever = Non achiever.

We want to see that our leaders performing. There must be things to show for their actions.
Mr. Obasanjo left tens of billions in Nigeria external reserves when he left the office as the president, but we are not happy with his performance. Why? We masses need Infrastructure, job etc.

So President Jonathan is for the change. He know that he MUST deliver and certainly he will deliver.

Tanko observed that the outcome of the Legislative elections indicated that Nigerians voted for individuals and not on Religious grounds. He expressed hope that other elections will be equally successful

The last election went well.

We condemned INEC when April 2 poll was postponed, but it normal to commend INEC for last election (largely free and fair except few places) and we are expecting more better organised election.

Hope the commendation will propel INEC to perform better.

Certainly these commendable strides are not just achieved by mere goodluck. No. No.
They are achieved through good plan and great job done.

Can a man have Ph.d through goodluck?  Certainly No.

THE Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) has rejected the results of the National Assembly election held in Kwara State on Saturday, saying the poll was marred by widespread malpractices.

In a statement issued in Abuja on Monday by its National Publicity Secretary, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, the party said it would challenge the results in court because it has incontrovertible evidence of intimidation, using military personnel, lack of accreditation in certain areas, thuggery and violence.

It said the PDP in the state hijacked the military personnel posted there to provide security and used them to harass and intimidate opposition supporters in Ekiti and Oke Ero council areas of the state.

''Also in Ifelodun and Isin areas, there was no accreditation in many polling units, while thuggery and violence masterminded by the PDP were the order of the day. Monetary inducements by the PDP were rampant, while cooked results were used to overturn what would have been a resounding defeat for the ruling party in the state,''
ACN said.

INEC should promptly look into the matter and take decisive action fast.

Kwara State government chose to be retrogressive when most other areas celebrate free and fair election.
